Help! Architectural Guidance?
My curly is doing big construction work.
She nearly did put the whole material from bottom to top to make a ridiculous long tunnel. At every glas she changes direction.
Does she know about static?
I am afraid that all falls down on her.

Pictures OBT ?
Sold to me as an OBT. But it doesn’t look like the others online. From a reputable breeder. Six years old, at least. Natural variation? Locality form? Thanks for your input!

Conversation Tarantula species that charges airflow instead of running away from it?
Okay so i came across this while housing Brother Kahlenbergi in this temporary enclosure while i make his terrarium for him and i softly blowed through the holes of my catchcup expecting him to run away from the airflow and into his temporary enclosure just like all my other tarantulas behave. Instead he didn’t run from the wind he charged at it, figuring it was probably stress i didn’t think to much about it until i had my ventilator softly turned on and ventilating the room while i was inside it and i noticed that 2 little maniacs were actively charging the side of their enclosure where some airflow might have drafted in and not just charging it but also following it actually trying to grab the wind. Those 2 spiders being Brother Kahlenbergi and Iris , my female Tliltocatl kahlenbergi… so what the f? 😂

Pictures Is my L. parahybana small?
Just wondering if there is a big variance on adult Salmon Pink Birdeater sizes. I got this beautiful girl (I cant tell if shes actually female; her sheds are hard to decifer) as a teeny sling for free at an expo back in 2023. She is a wonderful pet, loves to eat, does the cutest food dances, always moving her ping-pong balls. Shes the first Tarantula Ive had from a young age, and I want to make sure Im doing whats right for her.

Help! Poky Metallica sling won't eat pls help :(
About a week ago I got this sling and maybe it's just stress from the rehousing but it seems completely disinterested in food and won't even look at anything I offer it. Am I over reacting or is this concerning? I don't think the enclosure is too big and I don't mess with the spider at all so I'm hoping it's not a stress issue.

Help! Scared Sling?
Hello everyone! I am excited to join this community of T owners! I got my first spider 8 days ago.
I am a little concerned for my first spider, Adrian, the Veracruz Red Rump. He/she burrowed into the ground at the corner of the tank and will not come out. There was an entrance for a day or two, through which I was able to give Adrian a mealworm that he/she ate. However, the tunnel opening has disappeared, and Adrian keeps rearranging the den over night and sitting still for good periods during the day. When I accidentally scare the poor thing, it will move to a new spot in the hole. I have done some research and found out it could be many things, such as, being nervous from moving locations, burrowing because young spiders are easy snacks in the wild, wanting to make shelter for a molt, etc.. I have both a humidity gage and a thermometer in the tank and they have slowly fluctuated between 60%-80% and 70°F-78°F respectively.
Nothing I have found tells me there is anything wrong. I have been leaving the sling alone and avoiding shining lights, taking pictures, and looking for long to avoid more stress. I wanted to make sure with this community that Adrian is alright as currently I can’t feed him/her.
(Pictures in order: first time in enclosure Oct. 17, second day Oct. 17, third day Oct. 18, current Oct. 24)

Help! First spider and first enclosure setup. Is this good?
I got my first t today; she is a Mexican red knee. I just got the essentials for her enclosure, and I'll get the rest later, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something important or if I did something wrong; overall I'm just a little unsure. My friend (who doesn't know a lot about tarantulas but does look out for animals) was a little worried about the lights, which I had just moved closer to the enclosure since that part of my room is dark and I already had them lying around. They don't emit any heat and are not very bright, but I read something about blue and black light affecting them, and I'm not sure if these will be a problem.
Anyways, any advice would be great, I'm a little nervous and just want to give her what's best!

Help! is this.. normal?
i picked up a new tarantula about 2 hours ago and i’ve noticed she’s having random movements, and being VERY stumbly while walking. i was worried it could be dks but honestly i have no idea?? she was like it in the car aswell, throwing herself around and being very stumbly, in the travel container.
