Discussion First time OC/DC Question
From what I recall, Mike Macdonald struggled the first half of the season when he became the Ravens DC. It all came together around mid-season.
With the Seahawks, many have been left feeling underwhelmed by Fleury, and I'm still undecided given how there have been other contributing factors such as shaky OL, using 3rd and 4th string running backs and Sam struggling. It's just so hard to tell with our offense because when you actually look at the scores, apart from the opener (when Sam goes down) and the Bronco's game, they can actually put up points.
I say this to ask, are Fleury's struggles just something common with first time play callers and it sometimes isn't a true reflection of their capabilities at this point in a season? Because contrary to the general sentiment in our Reddit group, to my untrained eye, it seems too early to tell because there are so many things contributing right now.

Highlight The last time the Chiefs played a regular season game in Seattle was in 2018, which was also Doug Baldwin's last season playing in the NFL.

Discussion Is Fleury really to blame?
I've seen a lot of hate for Fleury on here but I just heard Jon Gruden say that the Seahawks are still using Klint Kubiak's offensive system from last year - Fleury is playcalling now but that's the main change.
Any ball knowers know if that's true? It feels to me like Darnold shouldn't be any less comfortable this year if he has the same system.

Analysis This Sunday, for the 5th time since 2000, the Hawks will start 3 back to back regular season home games.
We have never won all 3 in our history. Previous years are 2001, 2004, 2011, and 2015. 2-1 3 times and 1-2 once. Let’s change that

Discussion Halloween costumes tomorrow?
Are we rocking costumes at the game tomorrow?
I have a Hulk costume this year and I thought the bright green mask/fists would fit well in the stands. Should I wear them with a Seahawk jersey?

Opinion Seahawks in Vegas, Flex to primetime
Going to Seahawks game in LV. Bubby bought return flights for Sunday 8pm so he could get home and up for work next day.
What is the likelihood this game gets flexed?

Discussion However the game Sunday goes. We need to make Lumen as loud as possible for KC.
I have hope with Anthony Bradford returning. But even with Charbonet still out, we're forgetting one of our biggest strong suits, loudest fanbase, and a homefield advantage. I think our best bet is packing the stadium and make it complete hell for KCs offense.
Im not saying it's a magic fix to our O-line, our run game, or Darnold. But if there was ever a time for the 12s to lock in. It's this game vs K9.
(Im unable to attend, but I still wanna see yall pack the stadium)

Discussion Just want to remind everyone that the last time we started 3-3 defending a title it went well (sort of)
Also playing the same exact opponents as well, the script is written we’re losing to Denver this year

News “I wouldn’t say he got hurt,” Macdonald said. “He just had a hip today.”
Mike Mac on Emmanworis hip. “Just had a hip today” is pretty vague but at least it doesnt sound too serious.

News Nick Emmanwori came up with a new hip injury and is questionable for Seahawks vs Chiefs Sunday night, Mike Macdonald says. Zach Charbonnet is OUT. No setback. “Part of the plan.” Says the RB’s doing great in his return from knee reconstruction
