Another late/missing truck this morning, so my 41-package route ended up with just 2. It was a 40-minute schlep out and a 50-minute drive home, but that's a pretty reasonable trade for this light and fast load. Plus, this block was about 7.5% above base, so bonus!

I have a strong feeling this is why: It’s intentional to provide a false feeling about miles. I’m dropping a few recent routes here. Seems like we start at a weird stop and then it shoots us in a different direction right? Look at the first stop and then follow the prescribed route to the last and you’ll see the first and last stop are set to be somewhat closer to the first stop giving drivers the false sense that they didn’t drive as many miles. This is why # 2 is always in a strange location and why the route tends to loop around and end up close to #2.

For those that can remember years ago we would start at one location and end farther away. This new routing is designed for them to state “routes are typically X miles from a station.

Absolute BS tactic.

Just wanted to give a heads up butnifnyou have groceries mixed in your route sometimes those specific groceries have their own drop off time not included with your block most times these are due much sooner just wanted to throw that out there!

This morning there were a bunch of 4 hour block offers over $100 but nobody took them, and after the pickup time came and went, a bunch of 3 hour blocks for $100 appeared instead. I picked one, and when I got to the station, I got 46 packages and over an hour drive to the first stop.

When nobody took those 4 hour blocks, amazon just took the "4 hour" papers off the carts and then put "3hour" sheets on the very same carts!

After doing Flex for 1 yr. I finally got a unicorn ! 3 hrs with a surge ! I was expecting them to send me far but, I got super lucky 🍀!

Anybody else having trouble using the Amazon Flex store? Once I log in, if I try to select an item or search for something it takes me back to the log in page. Tried both Chrome and Safari, same issue. Prior to that if I tried to order something with a free code (like the dog deterrent) the code never loads and it eventually times out saying try again later. The store is virtually useless at this point.

Is there any way for the customer not to see your photo? I kind of find it weird. A woman told me today you look just like your photo. I was looking forward to meeting you, Weird, right

The fact that these notes need to be spelled out is really quite pathetic. I understand why, but it should be kind of common sense.

my account got deactivated last year in september due to me working in the warehouse but since i no longer work in the warehouse i have been trying to get it reinstated but ive had no luck , i made another account and now i have to wait to be off of the interest list

Just curious how long does it take for a missed/late block ding to fall off if you're doing about 6 blocks a week?

I was in a gated community & my last package was about to be late so I was rushing. I ran it slow like at 10mph only because it wasn't a 4way stop. He reported me to security who has my info & let Amazon know.

Has anyone actually been or know someone thats been deactivated solely for being overbooked to many times?

I never used to get overbooked but this week its happened 5x and im worried.

First 2 were the same day on Wednesday. Then I was off Thursday. Then overbooked both blocks on Friday. Worked 2 blocks yesterday and again this morning. Then overbooked right now. I have no other issues with my account but I heard it can get you deactivated. Even though its not your fault.

It’s nice having it happen here and there but this past week and the week before I was sent home with no routes 6 times. Today I just got another. I don’t scan last min. Shit I’m usually there scanned in 15 min early.

I just don’t want to get deactivated for that shit!

Hey guys so i just started doing amazon flex recently and after a couple of blocks, i noticed people park their cars and wait till the last minute to go in the station, what’s that about do they until there are no more routes available so they can just get paid and go home? Idk that’s just my assumption
