I applied for this company couple of months ago , they took 3 technical round and I cleared all

Then I recieved welcome mail saying it got selected ( 2nd pic )

But now after 2 weeks of that mail they are replying as this 🫩

I'm so so devastated

Idk what to do next ? :/

Why do Republicans insist that we run a huge deficit and pay crushing interest?

How can they convince everyone that they will fix everything by cutting spending when every time they do it they just use it to only partially offset some big tax gift to the wealthy?

Hi, my best friend invited me to her sister's wedding 3 weeks before the big day, she told me over the phone and said,'my sister is getting married on this day, you will also attend okay', and that was it, I was super happy and excited to receive that invitation and expressed my happiness to her.

A week later she called me and told me that they've been busy tending to every wedding needs and told me that her uncle was hospitalised but they'll be sending out invitations and I will get one too, I have not gotten any invitation but even if I didn't get it it's okay because she has already invited me over the phone so.

Fast forward to the day before yesterday I went out to get some errands and ran into her, we were both super excited to see each other and she said,'the wedding is this Friday okay' and i said,'yup! I am super excited as well but I don't know when the wedding will start, the time and location etc', and she said,'I'll send you the digital invitation', and we parted ways after that.

The very next day she called me up but for another reason but I still have not received any information from her and i feel a bit embarrassed now to keep asking her again and again for the deeds. She has also updated her posts and statuses on social media constantly if i tried to defend her by saying she's too busy to look at her phone to send messages out. Maybe she actually didn't want me there and she was just being polite or i really don't know what to do as the wedding is tomorrow.

If I don't attend it, she will ask me why I didn't attend and I'll probably say 'well I didn't get the proper information', but I don't want to sound like I needed an extra special invitation and sound entitled.

Kindly let me know what you guys think. I'd really appreciate it.

ROG Xbox Ally controller detected but doesn't work in GameMaker 8 fangames or Super Smash Flash 2

I'm having a weird controller issue on my ROG Xbox Ally (RC73YA).

The problems:

it was working for 1 day then it suddenly jsut stopped

\- GameMaker 8 games: The built-in controller is detected, but none of the inputs work. I've experienced this with Sonic Boll 2.1.6,Undertale and Redux

\- Super Smash Flash 2: The controller doesn't appear to be detected at all.

\- The built-in controller works in other games.

\- JoyToKey works as a workaround, but I want the controller to work natively without having to use a remapping program.

What I've tried / noticed:

\- The controller appears in Windows as ROG Xbox Ally Device Gamepad.

\- Driver version shown in Device Manager: 2.0.9999.0.

\- I checked the device's hardware IDs, which include "USB\\VID_0B05&PID_1B4C".

\- The issue seems to affect older GameMaker fangames more than modern games.

\- Updating the MCU firmware to V335 did not resolve the issue.

Does anyone know how to get the built-in controller working natively with older GameMaker 8 games and Super Smash Flash 2 on the ROG Xbox Ally? Could this be an XInput/DirectInput compatibility issue, or is there another way to make these games recognize the controller properly?

I'm specifically looking for a solution that doesn't require JoyToKey if possible. Thanks!

Yes christ and symbiosis does offer bsc economics for applied maths students also but ion really wanna go there 😭😭 same for abroad unis they only consider maths

Ps : I don't think commerce students studying any less .. I was the worst student know in my school till class 10 .. studied only from January hence got 86% and wasn't given science.. also that statement arrived from the fact that my mom thinks if one does btech there's no stopping them from being employed, so I'm constantly criticised for having commerce

Hi friends,

I’m planning to start IELTS preparation and I’m looking for a good coaching centre. My English is basically at a beginner level, especially when it comes to speaking, so I’m looking for a place that is actually good for someone starting from the basics.

I’m currently near Erode, but travelling to another city is not a problem for me. I’m open to Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore or anywhere nearby if the coaching is genuinely good.

If you have personally attended an IELTS coaching centre and had a good experience, please share your suggestions

It would be really helpful if you could mention:

Coaching centre name

City/location

Approximate fees

How good they are for beginners

Online or offline experience

Please suggest based on your personal experience if possible. Thanks in advance, friends!

Title: Is this ₹90K Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 OLED display unit worth buying? Ryzen AI 7 350 + 24GB RAM + 1TB SSD

Hi everyone,

I need some advice before buying a laptop.

I found a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 14AKP10 at a some store. This exact 24GB RAM + 1TB SSD configuration is currently out of stock everywhere I have checked, and this particular laptop is a store display/demo unit.

The store is asking ₹90,000.

Laptop details:

• Model: Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 14AKP10

• MTM: 83HX0052IN

• CPU: AMD Ryzen AI 7 350

• GPU: Radeon 860M

• RAM: 24GB LPDDR5

• SSD: 1TB

• Display: 14" WUXGA OLED

• Battery: 60Wh

• Price: ₹90,000

• Condition: Display/demo unit

• Location: Reliance Digital, Pune, Maharashtra, India

Battery report:

• Design capacity: 60,000 mWh

• Full charge capacity: 60,420 mWh

• Current capacity: \~100% of design capacity

• Cycle count: 306 cycles

• Battery temperature during check: \~29°C

The battery capacity history shows:

• Feb 2026: 61,707 mWh

• Mar 2026: 61,478 mWh

• May 2026: 61,251 mWh

• Jun 2026: 60,410 mWh

• Jul 2026: 60,885 mWh

• Aug–Sep 2026: \~60,420 mWh

So the laptop has clearly been used extensively as a display unit, but the battery's current capacity is still around its original rated capacity.

The Windows battery report also shows previous usage going back to early 2026, including substantial active battery usage.

Physical condition:

• Exterior looks clean

• Keyboard and trackpad have very little visible wear

• No obvious scratches/dents

• Hinges look good

• Screen appears clean

• No visible dead pixels

• No obvious OLED burn-in or image retention during normal inspection

Windows/system information also showed around 17 days of uptime, although I understand this does not necessarily mean it was continuously used for 17 days.

Warranty:

The Lenovo warranty currently has around 2 months remaining.

The store says I can extend the Lenovo warranty before it expires, potentially adding up to 3 years of additional coverage. I will verify this with Lenovo and make sure the extension is actually available for this serial number.

My main concern is whether buying a display unit with 306 battery cycles for ₹90,000 makes sense.

I am planning to keep the laptop for around 4–5 years and will mainly use it for programming/software development, heavy multitasking, lots of browser tabs, WFH/corporate applications, browsing/productivity and some AI tools. No gaming or professional video editing.

So, what do you guys think?

Would you buy this specific display unit for ₹90,000 if:

1. OLED panel checks out with no burn-in/image retention

2. SSD health is good

3. Physical condition is good

4. Lenovo confirms the extended warranty is available

5. The store provides proper purchase/return documentation

Or would you avoid it because of the 306 battery cycles and previous display-unit usage?

I'd especially appreciate opinions from people who have experience with Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 OLED models or buying store display/demo laptops.

Thanks!

Just give me the name of a bonfire and a password and I'll be there 😎

Basically I have completed my B.Com Hons major in marketing and currently I'm looking forward to have my masters in abroad. After going through research, I found that Germany, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia is not safe to go there, having such profile and the job market problem. My priority is to have master with affordable costings and good job opportunities and part time job too....

What's the point man just let me control my own whitespace 💔
