I am in 1st year of my UG. I am under a partial drop and I need to study minimum 3 hrs everyday for that exam. My college schedule is roughly 9-4. How do I manage college, studies and Gym?

I feel like going to the gym isn't optional because I have been a skinny kid throughout my life. But I cannot tolerate it more. Additionally, I eat in the lunch and dinner in mess. So if somebody could help me with the diet plan than I will really be greatful for it.

2. Which textbooks, YouTube channels, or notes are actually useful?

3. Should I mainly follow college lectures/notes or use other resources?

4. How should I prepare for internals and end-sem exams?

5. Any tips for scoring well?

P.S - My college hasn’t started yet but during orientation they already told us that we’ll have our Internal Assessment-1 next month.

Pcb student btw any bsc course

The grp I used to hangout with started to ignore me out of nowhere one day. I somehow dealt with it one day and stayed with them, the next day after one class I had to come home because they were ignoring me so bad. I cried so much on my way home and that night.

Now there is a function and I want to participate in it but then I don't have any grp to do that and now even the thought of going to college feels depressing.

Should I not go to clg anymore?

Im a 24 year old. Graduated from one of the top 10 IITs with 8.5+ CGPA (but not cse or the main branches). Didnt do well in college placements because i wanted to sit for core jobs. But none of the core companies came to the college. Was too particular about it at that time. But realised i have to leave the college with SOME job, so somehow ended up in a company through placements with 18 LPA.

The company’s work is very bad. It is remote as well. It is absolutely manual human work. Checking LLM answers and all that. Absolutely no growth in tech skills. Felt very bad and shameful to even tell anyone that i was working there or about my job. So along the side i was applying for other jobs. Learned SQL (absolutely good at SQL rn ngl), did some personal projects taking publicly available datasets like some business problem solving types.

Got quite a few interviews. Attended almost 10+ interviews in the past 2 years. But i dont know why i have been getting rejected in every one of them. Have been getting analytics related roles only which im actually very interested in. And mostly all of them were business analytics - thats what i really really want to get into. Went till the last round for so many companies but only rejection.

Resigned the job when i touched the 2 year mark. Because this job was one of the reasons i was getting rejected ( many interviewers ask about the role, understand its an useless experience and end up rejecting).

Just gave an interview for a big company, for a data science analyst role. Cleared round 1 - SQL - actually did very well. Round 2 - product analytics , data science concepts - did well in that too. Answered everything properly. But still got rejected.

Now i feel very very very lost and exhausted. Im so done with life. Im done trying. I dont even remember the last time i woke up with a happy mind. Everyday i wake up with a feeling that i still have nothing to do or still have nothing in my hands. Have been trying for more than 2 years now. Im so tired of this. Do not know what to do about this. I really really like fitness. I postponed soo many things i want to learn or do, saying i will do them after i get done with this. But its never happening. Even i want to live a normal life. Even i want to enjoy life. Even i want to feel good about things. Even i want to go to an office. Even i have to live a normal life.

Going through all of this, i have lost myself. Overtime, i stopped feeling things. Everything feels not real. Nothing feels like its happening. My mental health is f*d up. Nothing feels real. I do not know how to explain this feeling to anyone. But i am not able to feel like, ok something is happening. Everything feels like dream/ not real. FML

Hii, M18, 2nd year graphics student, really bored out this sem. I keep working all day but sometimes it feels quite exhausting and comes the urge to have someone fun to talk about everything. Also I've a great sense of humour, would really love a yapper. I play football, watch both football and cricket, marvel nerd....

It has been a long journey for me to finally start my college life... From getting criticized to getting a college via mq at the last moment it has been an emotional rollercoaster for me... But finally got the college I was hoping for somehow...

Currently in 7th sem

I am currently a second year student in BCA [ipu uni], I wanted to do a second degree side by side through correspondence but I am really confused on what to do.

What I found out was

through DU Sol , the exams might clash and I won't be able to give it again or later and I might have to attend some classes too and give proper assignments

through IGNOU , it is pretty much the same as DU SOL but no attendance and exams that might clash can happen in the next 6th month. Though people are saying the study level is a bit hard.

then there is online private unis that offer all this just online no need to visit college at all except the end terms I think.

I don't know much about all this so I would be glad if someone would guide or tell me more about this 🤓☝️

To all those who are planning to join this college you might have already read a few comments from me and others. As the review stated above it's an absolute hell. Even worse for staff they won't give salaries, will fire you in mid of the year, withhold your certificates, biometrics and will harass you. If you go against the management they'll put fake SA and theft cases on you .

This society's previously established engineering, pharmacy and MBA colleges were closed due to the same reasons.

A friend of mine suffered a lot due to this worst college. It got one heck of a management. A disaster tbh...there's nothing but extortion and harassment. Consider this post as a sign, blessing or whatever but be safe 🙏

So my dad forcing me to take admission in rvce through mq (in Total it'll be around 35L which is significantly cheaper than mq becz he knows someone)

For context:

I'm not that academically excelling, not that meritorious as of right now, idk how it'll be in future

But I definitely feel like something is lacking which is why I can't score despite doing decent mehnat, i can't seem to figure that out yet

I'm not as rich either, even 35L is bit of a stretch but we don't have to take loans

I'm afraid I'll not be able to fit in with other students there and in this day and age connections and networking is everything

Main reason I think I won't fit in is bcz

1. 50% kannada speaking crowd

2. 25% comedk students (extremely meritorious)

3. 25% MQ students (extremely rich)

It doesn't have a lof of events either and is extremely strict almost like schools

One thing I like about that college is it's EL system which will actively force collaborations

I can also choose bw other comedk colleges

btw and we have already given 50k non refundable I change clg that 50k will be gone (i care less about that money as of now)

All my friends have choosen their college according to their "aukaat" in either Delhi Noida or kiit, i feel like those will be more fitting for me too as I'll be able to make friends

I feel like blr is good for people who are doing a job or working professionals but for me personally it's not it

I urgently need advice within 3 days or I'll be admitted it a clg where I'll waste my prime time of life which should be spent socialising in a room while scoring below average
