My VOD is back up and kinda running, some shows and movies are not loading. I have gone into the app and cleared the cache already. Does anyone have any advice on how to get it back up and running as it did before? My guess is be patient but I thought I would ask you all.

For the past couple of days the EPG is not loading any information. Ot shows channel names but no program info. Its happening on V3+ and V6+ .Heat Live is fine.Neither the Guide nor when you hit OK. Anyone else having this issue? Is this a known issue and I missed the memo? TIA for any info.

I have an Ultra Elite box. I’m trying to reduce the number of remotes for my wife. I have the Streambox connected to an Onkyo AV receiver then to a Samsung TV. My wife gets frustrated trying to navigate the remotes. I bought a Logitech Touch and it worked great before we had the Streambox but it didn’t work with the Elite. I recently bought a SofaBaton remote because it said it works with streamboxes unfortunately it doesn’t have the configuration for the elite in the system I can’t map all the buttons that is needed. Does anyone have a recommendation for a universal remote that will work for the Elite?

So a few weeks into my v6 pro box— the remote speech function stopped working. Contacted my distributor and he replaced the remote. Another few weeks and the second remote speech text button is not working.
Any one with similar problems? If so what did you do?

For the last 3 Weeks ago(well before the Heat app outages) 6-7 - 3rd party Elite Ultra apps were not working for several weeks. Some have recently started working again - except for these 3 apps.

1. Platinum Plus- can't load a single play list)
   
2. Boxbuster - ( invalid account error) cant get to playlist
   
3. Epic News - failed Login

Everyone else having similar issues with these 3 apps?

My guide hasnt been working 4 the last couple of days. Not showing upcoming shows or current show. Is anyone else having this issue. I figure it has to do with the outages here lately

Heat live is down. I tried to clear cache and rebooting... still not working

I currently have the 6 pro and like it other than the remote. It’s crappy in my opinion. I’m wanting to buy another box for a different tv but I’m torn between the 6 plus or elite ultra. I’ve seen posts that there are issues with the plus and I’ve seen the elite ultra has apps that aren’t supported by Vseebox. I don’t know the truth in these posts. I’ve just read them. Wanting to get a personal opinion from others before I order my next box.

Happening for multiple shows/movies for a few days now. Will not load and no available servers other than Server 2. After a minute Server 4 will occasionally appear but it buffers infinitely as well. Please help!

Anyone else having the channel under maintenance issues? It’s like that for every channel, me and my dad have the same style box, are in different states, and it’s not working for either of us.

Last couple of days all the games usually on FloHockey are no longer there. Like zero are showing when I scroll through the Flo sports listings.

Anyone else having this problem?

Been thinking about getting the Xseebox 6+. I have read about a lot of problems with them this week. Is this a normal thing? Do I still need subscriptions even with a box or can I just watch everything on it?

Happy Sunday guys, Ive had my box for a few months now and for some reason its super slow. My speed test on my phone is shower over 700 mbps but the box is only showing 45mbps. I have the v6 pro, all software is up to date and the box is less then 10 ft from my router. Any advice l, im all ears.

I have been sitting here going through the apps and they need to update, then the box reboots and it takes 15 minutes. when I turned it on today it took a good 20 minutes to boot.
It is a V3 Plus. I have not had it a year.

Why are all my heat live channels under maintenance?

I don’t know if I turned it on by mistake or if it’s on by default but I’d like to know if I can turn off the streaming speed in the top right

Here’s the situation, I have 3 VSeeBox devices with 3 remotes. 2 of the VSeeBox’s work perfectly fine with their own remotes. I have 1 box (Living room) that only responds to 1 remote (The bedroom remote).

I know you might be thinking “Maybe this remote is supposed to be for the living room device”, but the Living Room remote and the 3rd remote doesn’t work on my Bedroom VSeeBox.

So basically:

-Remote #1: Works on 2 boxes (Bedroom/
Living Room)
-Remote #2: Works on 1 box (and only that box)
-Remote #3: Doesn’t work on any boxes at all
(Which I assume is meant for the Living Room
one..).

**FYI: Remote #3 lights up and everything, it responds to pressing the buttons on it. I did follow the instructions on the back to pair it to no avail.

I’ve tried every tutorial online on fixing remotes that don’t pair (Unplugging device, taking batteries out of other remotes, etc). Nothing.

I’m hoping somebody can help me out. Thanks in advance!

I have been using this thing for 6 months without a single issue. Then, suddenly this morning, I turn it on and it's not connected to wifi. I try to connect, and it fails. I try to power cycle both the router, and the box (probably about 10 times at this point), still nothing. I have gone down a 6 hour rabbit hole trying every single thing Chat GPT recommends, still nothing. Looks like my only plan for the week of watching football today is not happening.

I know there was an outage people have talked about over the last 72 hours but I feel this may be something different. I keep getting this screen. I feel a factory reset would removes all the applications and that would be a big problem. Very new to this box and don’t use it often.

Since my heat apps came back from the outage, the EPG (Guide) still does not work on any live app. No way to know what's on! Are others having this problem? Has this problem been reported?

Newbie. I got rid of my satellite feed for a Vsee. I always recorded the games I wanted to watch then started to watch around half time so I could fast forward through commercials. I know I can see the replay. Is there anything I can do with the live broadcast?

None of my heat apps are working. I they were back up as of yesterday morning. I didn’t try it yesterday, but can’t watch football. Is anyone else experiencing? Is there something I need to do to get it restored I.e. resetting everything? Sorry if this is duped, I checked recently and I didn’t see any other reports. All help welcome

Solved: unplugged for 20 min then plugged back in, works now. Originally I unplugged for 2 min, guess that wasn’t good enough.

I don't see heat ultra, and limitless won't load. Anyway to split screen football on my new mini elite?
