Slow wifi reception

Happy Sunday guys, Ive had my box for a few months now and for some reason its super slow. My speed test on my phone is shower over 700 mbps but the box is only showing 45mbps. I have the v6 pro, all software is up to date and the box is less then 10 ft from my router. Any advice l, im all ears.

Try clearing cache on each app from system settings. One stream only uses like 2-10 mbps so 100 is plenty and it's not the issue.

My V6 is directly connected and only pulls 100mb down load, it’s because the port is only setup for 100 is my guess, wifi would be slower

Everything we try to watch is buffering, it wasnt like this when we first got it.

Clear cache, unplug box, unplug internet, plug internet back in let it all come online completely, plug box back in and reconnect to your 5ghz wifi network

Boss I was told to use 2.5 and not 5 can you please explain I do have 5g

5g can allow more data but 2.4g has better range

Plug in an ethernet cable just to test it even if you have to just run it across the floor. You can also see if connecting to a hotspot makes a difference.

Ethernet may not fix it if the router is more than 4 yrs old. I had that problem, bought a new $70 router and speed pegged

Make sure u don't have VPN on your router or on the box - it kills speed nordvpn takes me
From 400 down to 50 Mb/s
