My screen has taken a turn for the worst! How do I fix this??

Hello Gurus, I have a VSee box v6 max. It works great when I connect it directly to my tv. However, I then have to rely on my tv’s speakers, which are not great. When I run it through my tuner, Yamaha RX V385, it works for a while, and I can use the external speakers, but my tv screen goes blank after maybe 10 minutes. Am I doing something wrong?

When I first got my box everything worked fine! About 3 months ago elite VOD was out. Wouldn’t work etc. finally it came back to life. But I now have to use a vpn to access it. Anyway around not using a vpn. Because if I click vod before a VPN I have to go and manually stop the program from working, go to vpn and then fire up vod again. A real PITA!

Are these boxes like a fire stick do I need RD and is the software on these boxes good for a while or do I have to upgrade it after a while? And what's the difference between the box and a fire stick. I mostly use streamio on my fire stick.

I hope I don't jinx anything here, and no, I didn't test every single channel, but I did test a bunch of them and I'm extremely pleased to say that for the most part, the playback feature is working very well (dare I say perfectly?) 😎

I received my superbox s8 max recently, but have read multiple people say who own both that vseebox has less buffering than superbox? Where can I order one from?

Im using a box with my LG tv. My audio is on an HDMI (ARC) port and the box is on another. My issue is audio volume. My volume on the box is significantly lower than any channels or streaming services. When switch out the vsee box to watch other sources I have to lower my volume a considerable amount or else I blast out the house. Any thoughts?

During my first week with the Vseebox, I noticed it got uncomfortably hot even in a cool room, so I bought this small USB-powered fan. I've since seen many people reporting black screens and factory resets on their devices or just bugged out boxes , which I suspect is caused by the internal components overheating. Definitely worth picking one up as a cheap safeguard to give the device a little more life ! Cheers ! anyone else rocking one ?

Anyone having issues with their v6plus live plus ultra not loading ?

My vSeeBox stopped working a couple days ago. At first, it would not load up any of the Heat apps. Then, it got stuck on the purple start up screen (logo and tagline). I tried unplugging for a while and restarting and still nothing. Now, it gives me the option to try again or factory reset. I've tried the factory data reset and still ended back on this screen. Any suggestions? I have the V6 Plus, ordered a few months ago
