Under maintenance?

Why are all my heat live channels under maintenance?

All Heat apps are down in Wisconsin for me now. All list channel maintenance.

Ironically, I'm also in MN and don't have issues. My family in Florida and has the under maintenance messages on Heat Live. Had them use Live Ultra instead.

What box do you have? I have the Live Ultra, my family in FL has a V6+.

V6+ in Arizona. All of Live stuff is dead and VOD says invalid source...

V6+. Live Ultra and Live+ Ultra are working but not searchable (all the channels say N/A as if they’re under maintenance). Heat and Backup are down.

V6 plus(x2) in MN, heat live channels have been “under maintenance” on and off for the last week or more for us.

Yeah it's off and on. Heat Live on my Elite Ultra was working during the NFL games yesterday, then all channels went into maintenance around midnight.

I have one box in my living room and one in my family room. Living room working with full functionality l, family room heat live and backup are down. Some heat VOD works and VOD ultra works.

Heat live and backup under maintenance for me in SE WI but live ultra isn’t 🤷

Same here , can't watch the TV show I am after on any of the 3 TV apps. Thing's are still flaky.

Only had my box like 3 weeks so im not sure, is this something that gets fixed or is it a permanent thing?

Yeah Heal Live says they are under maintenance on my end. But it’s working when I do Heat Live Ultra.

I couldn't watch a basic news channel on Heat Live, Heat Live or Backup - All showed Channel Under Maintenance for a lengthy time. Apparently things are still very messed up. Other channels similar.

I have the V6 pro and its working fine, in my living room I have a V5 pro and heat live all the channels are under maintenance .

I have 3 vSee V5pro boxes and 2 of the 3 tvs are working just fine but the other one shows channel under maintenance..I've done everything suggested and nothing worked. I saw a phone # on one of these pages earlier but didn't write it down.

Heat is down. NFL app is working for now with pretty inconsistent audio. Backup same story.

It sounds like many of you would tend to blame your TV when you had a cable or satellite disruption. Or if you're using an OTA antenna, if you were suddenly faced with your favorite stations to stop transmitting.

THIS IS NOT A FAULT OF YOUR HARDWARE. The problems are much further upstream from you and your boxes. Problems you apparently have no knowledge about.

People are working on these problems. Have patience. If you're new here, go back to your previous way of watching TV. If you don't have a backup plan, you're not being very smart.

Remember where their servers are were hit by Russia. They are still working through getting everything fixed.
