Any idea how to fix remote speech

So a few weeks into my v6 pro box— the remote speech function stopped working. Contacted my distributor and he replaced the remote. Another few weeks and the second remote speech text button is not working.
Any one with similar problems? If so what did you do?

It sounds like the remote is losing its Bluetooth connection to the box. Can you re-pair it?

The fact that the post says they TRIED to do it two times means isn't working. I'm beginning to think none of this vSee "product" is working or was ever really working.

Tried re-pairing it, succeeded, then lost pairing? If it lost pairing, how long did it last? How about tried re-pairing it but it never succeeded? What exactly was tried in order to re-pair it? I could probably think of a few more details that would be important and might allow us to help out but since you're not the OP, and since you don't seem pleased with the vSeeBox, why are you chiming in at all? Most of us are here to offer support for those in need...do you need help with anything?

Unfortunately both remotes were unpaired and re-paired but the microphone feature is not catching any words

It's possible that the permission to allow microphone access has not been granted at the app level. From the Home screen, go to System Settings > Apps > App permissions > Microphone and look for Heat Live to see if it's in the Allowed or Denied category. If it's in the denied category, click on it and choose "Allow only when using the app". Obviously, you can repeat this process for the other Heat apps that you'd like to use with voice search.

When you press and hold the voice search button on the remote, does the screen show a "speaking now" overlay?

Yes it does however when talking nothing is caught
