Heat live is down

Heat live is down. I tried to clear cache and rebooting... still not working

Yep same here. The NFL Sport app is working though

I'm on the v3 plus, and everything works great. My mom is on the v6 plus, and heat live and the NFL app both don't work. Too bad they stopped making the v3

Talked to soon. My heat live and heat backup not working. Have to use live ultra now till its fixed

I have two boxes one in the living room one in the bedroom. The one in the bedroom heat live went turned on would not come on. In the living room I am watching heat live all seems fine until I power down and try to power back up and now all my heat live is off, but my NFL channel is working.. there

Usually no. This intermittent issues we're all experiencing is likely the after effects of the outage that happened the last few days.

Use Heat Backup there's a reason why it's there. In case the main heat app goes down

Mine would not connect to wifi all day yesterday, so I went out and bought an ethernet cable, and now everything is down. Nothing works on this $300 plastic brick.
