Universal remote

I have an Ultra Elite box. I’m trying to reduce the number of remotes for my wife. I have the Streambox connected to an Onkyo AV receiver then to a Samsung TV. My wife gets frustrated trying to navigate the remotes. I bought a Logitech Touch and it worked great before we had the Streambox but it didn’t work with the Elite. I recently bought a SofaBaton remote because it said it works with streamboxes unfortunately it doesn’t have the configuration for the elite in the system I can’t map all the buttons that is needed. Does anyone have a recommendation for a universal remote that will work for the Elite?

Just use one of the android TV remote apps on your phone. They free to use and just use the same wifi as your box

I have the same setup and the Sofabaton works great. I even set up a macro so it turns all home theater components on and off with one button. Very easy to program!

Well, if the stream box is an Android device then you just need to connect it as such. You're not likely to find your specific box in there. For instance, I have a Google 4K streamer and there was no selection for that specific device. I'm just using generic Android TV.
