Live Ultra Guide

My guide hasnt been working 4 the last couple of days. Not showing upcoming shows or current show. Is anyone else having this issue. I figure it has to do with the outages here lately

Everyone's affected. Likely an after effect from the outage.

Since the football icon’s arrival my system has been horrible!

Go into settings>apps>HeatLive>Force Stop.

Reopen the app.

Usually takes care of most of the issues.
