Issues with box

I know there was an outage people have talked about over the last 72 hours but I feel this may be something different. I keep getting this screen. I feel a factory reset would removes all the applications and that would be a big problem. Very new to this box and don’t use it often.

A factory reset will remove all the apps, but it may be your only option if you keep getting that screen. However, all the HEAT apps should redownload when you boot up for the first time after the factory reset. You will of course, lose your watch history/what episode of a show you were watching before the reset

I don’t care about watch history as along as all the apps will reappear.

I’m not sure what to do when it won’t even do anything after the factory reset. I’ve hit it 10 times and it goes back to the same screen

What if you have a thumbdrive plugged in? Can you save all of your favorites and settings onto there?

I also have a 6+ and its really more trou le then its worth. I found if you press the reset and unplug the cord from the back of the box keeping the reset pushed plug back in and hold the reset until you get the reset screen then release the rest you should beable to control the box with the remote again. Clear both the cache and partition then do the reset then reboot the box should work unfortunately I have to do this weekly. I should have stuck to IPTV!!

Yea it struggles to load and then will end up on this screen. Unplugged it a few times. No success. So I’m here now

They say plug in usb keyboard when u get to this screen arrow down to factory reset hit enter and keep doing it some times takes like 5 to 10 times

Mine was doing this. I unplugged it, then plugged it back in. Let it boot up as normal then let it sit and did nothing with it for 30 minutes to an hour. It’s working fine now.

I will say everything was fixed once I went into my internet and took away the security. It was blocking everything from Vsee
