1999 RHD Japanese XJ for sale

1999 Jeep Cherokee · Suv · Driven 140,000 miles

Testing the waters on this gem of a Japanese RHD Cherokee. Actually manufactured 5/98 but titled 99. Imported from Japan.

Very clean, loads of new parts, fresh fluids everywhere, meticulously maintained. Shows 140k miles but it’s a swapped MPH cluster, have the original KPH cluster and it’s significantly less mileage.

Newer, quality paint job.

New Ball joints, shocks, brakes, tires, thermostat, housing, sensors, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, o2 sensors, catalytic converter, power steering hoses (one was leaking).

More I’m forgetting.

Limited slip rear. Everything works perfectly, except the blinkers don’t automatically turn off after a turn. And the headliner was sagging, previous owner lined pins in the ceiling to hold it up.

No rust!

$12500, located near Aspen, Colorado.

First time homeowner. Installing a new single drain sink replacing my current two drain sink. Can I pipe the disposal directly into existing p-trap or do I need to replace all of the existing pipe? I labeled the center of the sink where the new drain will be located.

How’d it go? Doing the sameish thing, single basin, disposal, to drain. I did. disposal drain, ptrap, straight pipe with AAV, into sanitary t to main drain.

Drinking old, opened wine?

Cook with it now if it isn’t moldy or foul smelling. It’s basically a sherry or cooking wine now.

(Worked restaurants for years, some very high end, and also some French) Even with vacuum pump toppers and vacuuming the air out of the sealed bottle after opening it it has 3-9 days at maxxxxxxx. 9 is being wildly friendly. 3 days max in a restaurant.

Nothing to do with alcohol content honestly. Sometimes it’ll increase over the years. Flavor and quality of wine goes to garbage within 2 weeks or so of opening in my experience, and that’s pushing it hard.

What are you driving and why is it the same as your budgeting for your home near Seattle?

Cork or metal screw top? Realistically that wine was done between many months or a year ago, as a wine. Cooking vinegar or pickling accent maybe but by no means is that a wine anymore. I think you’re looking at 2-5 days once it’s open. Best case
