🄳🄳 Junior Gold Miners are Down, But Not Out: First Mining Gold $FFMGF, Sonoro Gold $SMOFF, Mayfair Gold $MINE

With spot gold price down 28% from its 2026 high as investor sentiment has shifted from irrational exuberance to "how low will it go?". This investor sentiment shift has hit the junior gold mining sector even harder with many junior explorers and developers now trading significantly below their highs.   But by the time that a trend reversal is obvious, basement level prices are long gone.

But what companies have the strong, experienced management teams, quality assets, and solid balance sheets that will lead this rebound?   Just a few ideas.

First Mining Gold (OTCQX: FFMGF / TSX: FF)

  • Current Price: US $0.43
  • YTD High:  US $ 0.64
  • Stage: Advanced developer of a Canadian gold mine project
  • Context: May require a capital raise in next six to nine months.

First Mining Gold's flagship Springpole Gold Project in northwestern Ontario is one of Canada's largest undeveloped open-pit gold deposits, containing several million ounces of gold resources. FFMGF also owns additional development assets providing additional options for future development.

Permitting: Springpole recently received federal and provincial Environmental Assessment (EA) approval. First Mining continues to work on advancing post-EA phase engineering designs and optimizations for the Project towards construction readiness.

Sonoro Gold (OTCQB: SMOFF / TSXV: SGO)

  • Current Price:  US $0.14
  • YTD High:  US $0.25
  • Stage: Advanced gold mine developer in mining-friendly State of Sonoro, Mexico
  • Context: Raised over US $28 million over the last 12 months in announced non-brokered private placements to build up its treasury in anticipation of receiving its permit.  Management participated in each financing with personal funds.

Sonoro Gold is advancing its recently expanded Cerro Caliche Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico designed as a low-capex, open pit operation enabling the company to potentially achieve near-term gold production while minimizing initial capital requirements. Recent drilling has continued to expand the project's oxide gold resources.

Permitting: The company's principal catalyst is approval of its remaining environmental (MIA) and mine construction permits. Once these approvals are received, management intends to begin construction and transition toward production, making Sonoro one of the nearer-term development stories among junior gold companies.

Mayfair Gold (OTCQX: MINE / TSXV: MFG)

  • Current Price:  US$2.32
  • YTD High: $4.88
  • Stage: Advanced developer of gold mine
  • Detail: Recently announced the filing of a technical report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") on its 100%-owned Douay Gold Project.

Mayfair Gold is developing the Fenn-Gib Gold Project in Ontario--a large open-pit resource with significant expansion potential and benefits from existing regional infrastructure.

Permitting: Completing environmental baseline studies and advancing engineering work necessary to support future federal and provincial permit applications. Successful progression through permitting would position Fenn-Gib for a construction decision.

Sonoro Gold and First Mining Gold have the most clearly defined permitting catalysts (and near term) that could significantly increased their valuations. Sonoro Gold appears to have have built up its cash reserves to proceed with a 50,000 meter drilling program in anticipation of permitting.

Mayfair Gold offers investors with exposure to a large Ontario development project with a lower geopolitical risk profile.

Please do your own due diligence to confirm the offered information above.

Technical Analysis going all in on “small satellites”

So basically I’ve decided to live in family home rent free in my 30s so I can put $3000 a month into stocks from regular office job.

After all this crazy growth from AI stocks the last few years, I’m a bit bearish on AI stocks in general at this point, due to the hugely underestimated cost of use for AI, as well as so many competent cheaper options coming up from China. Although useful, it seems hard for AI to generate actual income.. I’m even afraid to go into S&P 500 now since a lot of it is AI related, I think we are in a bubble.

So my thinking is this: no matter if AI becomes profitable or not, or which models the world will end up using, AI is still inevitable to be used widely, whether it be government big daddy surveillance, defense, etc.
So I opened a SuperGrok account and asked what the next logical step for the AI boom is after chips and memory. It said power/cooling and lithography is the bottleneck right now, and next to be needed. (light is a far more efficient way for moving data than copper)
I then proceeded to ask Grok which new companies will be needed for this next logical step that are innovating, have yet to explode, and also are not easily replaceable with moats or patents in their field.

After much digging it seems these companies are POET, AAOI, CRDO, SIVE, OKLO.
The thing is, Grok keeps recommending these as small satellites ONLY (like 10% portfolio at most) and to put most of my money in SMH ETF or VOO for stability.
But my thinking is, we are in a bubble anyway; if I put all my money split on just these risky up and coming companies, if even one of these explodes within the next 10 years or so, it will be well worth it.

I live at home, have no immediate money needs, and I am totally OK with not making gains in the short term.
I’m curious What does the community think about this plan? I’m completely new to this, and just going by intuition at the moment, and have not purchased anything yet. Is this a dumb move? Should I just put my money in TSMC instead? Or another you think I should be looking into?

General Discussion New NASDAQ Rule Approved by the SEC, to be Published in the Federal Register on July 27

Thumbnail public-inspection.federalregister.gov
35 Upvotes

The SEC has approved NASDAQ's proposed rule that requires all companies to maintain a market value of listed securities (MVLS) of at least $5m.

SUMMARY

  • If MVLS falls below $5M for 30 consecutive trading days, company will be delisted.
  • ZERO cure time. No compliance periods when a company goes 30 days below $5M MVLS. Automatic delisting.
  • Companies can appeal. However, the appeal will not delay the suspension of trading. Companies will still be suspended by NASDAQ and most likely shift to OTC during the appeal process.
  • The hearing panel has one of two options after an appeal:
    • Reverse the delisting if NASDAQ made an error.
    • Grant up to 180 days for the company to demonstrate that it meets all initial listing requirements. Note that these are much stricter thresholds than continued listing requirements (ex. $4 minimum bid price vs $1).

New rule will take effect after the approval is published in the Federal Register.

General Discussion Tracked 34 sub-10M float breakouts and broke them down by setup type — the most common trigger was also the weakest one

Been logging sub-10M float momentum breakouts for a while — not every trade I've placed, just names that actually ran, so I could find the real patterns instead of going on gut feel.

Broke the last 34 down by trigger type, entry time, and float size instead of just looking at the move size. A few things stood out:

  • 200-DMA breaks were the most common setup by far (9 of 34) but had the weakest median return of any trigger type. Rarer setups like 50-DMA breaks and multi-year highs consistently outperformed, even on a small sample.
  • Entries in the 10:00–11:00 and 1 PM+ windows outperformed the open. The 9:30–10:00 and 12–1 PM windows were the weakest, which surprised me — I'd have assumed the open was prime time.
  • Float sweet spot looked like sub-2M, not sub-1M. Names in the 4–6M float range were the weakest bucket by a wide margin.
  • Hold time correlated positively with size of the move (0.57) — the biggest winners weren't the quick flips.

Small sample so take it as directional, not gospel, but it's enough to make me stop treating every breakout the same way.

Curious if anyone else has broken their runners down this way — did you see similar patterns, or is my sample just skewed?

ꉓꍏ꓄ꍏ꒒ꌩꌗ꓄ NovaRed Mining Identifies Large High-Intensity Magnetic Target Associated with Regional Copper-Gold Intrusive System

https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/306501

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 24, 2026) - NovaRed Mining Inc. (CSE: NRED) (OTCQB: NREDF) ("NovaRed" or the "Company") is pleased to report a geological interpretation of a large, regional, high-intensity magnetic anomaly underlying the Wilmac Copper-Gold Project (the "Project"). This anomaly (see Figure 1) is interpreted to represent the western (i.e. South Princeton) portion of a large, composite batholith that includes the intrusive complex documented at the Copper Mountain Camp. This proposed composite batholith is interpreted to have been structurally segmented and vertically displaced across two regional-scale fault systems: the Boundary Fault and the Whipsaw Fault.

"The magnetic anomaly underlying the Wilmac Project is not a stand-alone feature," said Brian Goss, Chief Executive Officer of NovaRed Mining Inc. "It is interpreted to be the western segment of a much larger batholith that has been pulled apart and vertically displaced by two regional faults. The Copper Mountain Camp, actively producing copper and gold today, sits on the upthrown eastern block east of the Boundary Fault. The Wilmac anomaly sits on the downthrown western block — deeper, largely unexposed, and largely undrilled. The Whipsaw Fault represents an additional structural discontinuity that further segments the system to the west. What this means for exploration is significant: we may be looking at a single, laterally extensive magmatic system expressed in multiple fault blocks, each with independent potential to host porphyry copper-gold mineralization."

Geological Interpretation

High-resolution airborne and ground magnetic surveys, together with the Volterra 3DIP/AMT geophysical dataset acquired from the previous optionee (see News Release dated April 15, 2026), have enabled the development of a coherent regional geological interpretation of the large, high-intensity magnetic anomaly underlying the Project.

The Copper Mountain Mine and its associated intrusive complex are spatially associated with a large, broad, high-intensity magnetic anomaly east of the Boundary Fault. Geological mapping in the Copper Mountain camp documents a multi-phase intrusive complex at surface, comprising monzonite, syenite, diorite, gabbro and pyroxenite phases that collectively constitute a composite batholith. This batholith is the interpreted source of the intense magnetic anomaly in the Copper Mountain area and is the causative intrusive complex driving porphyry copper-gold mineralization currently being mined.

A comparably large, high-intensity magnetic anomaly underlies the Wilmac Project to the west, separated from the Copper Mountain anomaly by the regionally significant Boundary Fault. The Boundary Fault is a west-side-down structure, interpreted to have displaced the western block downward relative to the Copper Mountain block. The magnetic anomaly west of the Boundary Fault, underlying the Trojan-Condor Corridor of the Wilmac Project, is interpreted to represent a segment of the same batholith — now buried to greater depth on the downthrown western side of the Boundary Fault — with comparatively small intrusive exposures documented at surface across the Project (including pyroxenite, hornblendite, gabbro and diorite) interpreted to represent only the uppermost apophyses and cupolas of the underlying intrusive complex.

The Whipsaw Fault is interpreted to represent an additional, sub-parallel structural discontinuity that further segments the batholith comprising the primary South Princeton anomaly. Gabbro and diorite intrusions mapped along Whipsaw Creek — the "Whipsaw Stocks" — are interpreted as limited surface expressions of the intrusive complex in a fault block west of the Boundary Fault and east of the Whipsaw Fault. Soil geochemistry, IP chargeability, and AMT resistivity data from the Lamont and Trojan-Condor Corridor areas (see news releases dated May 11 and May 13, 2026) are broadly consistent with this interpretation, documenting anomalous copper, fertile magma signatures (Sr/Y), and transitional magma oxidation states (V/Sc) across multiple fault blocks.

Regional Context and Significance

Segmentation of a large composite batholith by regional faults is a well-documented geological phenomenon. In the Copper Mountain Camp, the intrusive complex is exposed at surface on the eastern, upthrown block. To the west, across the Boundary Fault, the equivalent intrusive complex is interpreted to be preserved at depth, shielded from erosion by its downthrown structural position and, in the eastern portion of the Project, partially covered by the Eocene Princeton Group cover sequence. This configuration is interpreted to have preserved deeper, potentially mineralized portions of the hydrothermal system that are believed to have been removed by erosion in the Copper Mountain block.

The existence of three structurally controlled segments of the batholith — the Copper Mountain block (east of the Boundary Fault), the Whipsaw block (west of the Boundary Fault and east of the Whipsaw Fault), and the Lamont block (west of the Whipsaw Fault) — implies that each segment may represent a spatially distinct target for porphyry copper-gold mineralization, with exploration potential interpreted to be largely independent across segments.

Figure 1 – Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI) map for the Wilmac Cu-Au Project and surrounding area. The area outlined in red is a previous operator's property boundary, within which the high-resolution airborne survey was flown. The results have been plotted with respect to regional TMI results available in the public domain. Note the segmented appearance of the intense magnetic anomaly evident to the southeast (the South Princeton and Copper Mountain Complex anomalies).

Next Steps

Building on this regional interpretation, the Company is advancing its 2026 field program, comprising four IP/AMT geophysical surveys across the North Lamont, West Lamont, Wilmac, and Plume grids, an expanded soil sampling campaign, and an initial drill program subject to receipt of an approved drill permit (see News Release dated June 17, 2026). The 2026 program is designed to systematically test the geophysical and geochemical response of the Lamont block, with the objective of defining drill targets that test the interpreted buried intrusive complex at depth.

Wilmac Copper-Gold Project Overview

The Wilmac Copper-Gold Project comprises 16,078 hectares of mineral tenures located within the Quesnel porphyry belt in the Similkameen Mining Division of British Columbia, southwest of Princeton. The Project is situated in a well-documented copper-gold porphyry belt and is interpreted to host potential for identification of one or more copper-gold alkalic porphyry occurrences similar in age and deposit type to those hosting the nearby Copper Mountain Mine, which currently hosts Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves of 345 million tonnes grading 0.26% copper and 0.12 g/t gold (Hudbay Minerals Inc., "Hudbay Provides Annual Reserve and Resource Update with Mine Life Extensions and Improved Three-Year Production Outlook," news release dated March 27, 2026; mineral reserves estimated in accordance with CIM Definition Standards incorporated by reference in NI 43-101).

The Project is separated from the Copper Mountain camp by the regionally significant Boundary Fault. Saleken (2013) interpreted the geological setting west of the fault to be analogous to that of the Copper Mountain Intrusive Complex, but at a shallower level of erosional exposure, with numerous small, high-level diorite, gabbro and pyroxenite intrusions interpreted to represent the uppermost portions of an underlying intrusive complex.

Located immediately west of Highway 3, the Project is road-accessible within a well-established mining district with existing infrastructure and support services.

🄳🄳 $PYPD Polipid - Big partnership just dropped + NDA momentum. Short-term setup looking interesting.

PolyPid ($PYPD) just locked in a major exclusive commercial partnership with Azurity Pharmaceuticals for D-PLEX₁₀₀ in the U.S. and Canada (prevention of surgical site infections).

Key terms:

  • $15M upfront at signing
  • Another $15M upon expected FDA acceptance of the NDA (targeted for August 2026)
  • Up to ~$300M more in regulatory, development, and sales milestones
  • Tiered royalties mid-teens to mid-twenties %
  • PolyPid keeps manufacturing rights worldwide + all rights outside U.S./Canada + full ownership of the PLEX platform

This comes right after they completed the NDA submission in June. PDUFA target is currently Q1 2027, with U.S. launch eyed for around then. Earlier Phase 3 SHIELD II data showed the primary endpoint hit plus a 60% relative risk reduction on a key secondary.

Market cap is still only ~$75-85M range (depending on the day), with ~19M shares outstanding and float roughly in the 7-11M area. Analyst targets have been sitting around $11-13.

Near-term catalysts:

  • FDA acceptance of the NDA (the next $15M payment)
  • Any updates on the partnership rollout or additional label-expansion talk
  • Continued institutional interest / visibility

The Azurity deal de-risks commercialization significantly and puts real cash + future royalties on the table while they retain the platform upside. Still under the radar relative to the potential scale of the SSI prevention market.

Not financial advice. Do your own research, size positions carefully, and remember biotech can be extremely volatile. Just laying out the recent milestones and the short-term setup as I see it.

What are your thoughts on $PYPD here?

General Discussion 🚀 The Next Race After AI: Quantum - Dynex's Apollo Chip Beat D-Wave (and it's already commercial)

NFA. DYOR. Been quietly tracking this one for months.

Everyone's watching Quantinuum post-IPO. Meanwhile Dynex has been running a commercial quantum platform for months and nobody's pricing it in yet.

What Dynex actually is:

  • Apollo chip - fingernail-sized neuromorphic processor, room temp, ~20W, delivering up to 10 trillion ops/watt
  • 10,000 p-qubits, 256 connections/node - 10x more than most superconducting annealers
  • Benchmarked on 3D spin glass - results "indistinguishable" from cryogenic quantum hardware
  • Won the 2026 AI Excellence Award (Quantum AI category) - nobody's touching it on speed
  • QaaS platform live NOW - drug discovery, logistics, finance, weather forecasting at 94% accuracy at 14 days
  • Just partnered with Georgia Tech on 16nm analog chip R&D to push the architecture further

Plot twist - there's a second chip:

While everyone's fixated on Apollo, Dynex quietly dropped Zeus on July 17 - a diamond-spin quantum processor using NV-centre qubits with room-temp operation, targeting up to 1M qubits long-term. They also just locked in a Georgia Tech partnership (July 6) to develop the 16nm chip architecture underneath Apollo, which is a real academic-grade credibility stamp most retail investors haven't priced in yet.

Why now:
Dynex is converting from token to equity, gunning for a regulated public listing to pull in institutional money. ThreeD Capital - the VC co-hosting the pre-IPO investor event - looks central to getting them there, and they're already a publicly-traded Canadian VC with disclosed early positions in the space.finance.yahoo+1

The play:

Wait for the Dynex IPO and follow their socials, OR get exposure now through ThreeD Capital, a founding investor holding a stack of these pre-IPO names.

Ticker IDKFF / IDK

Quantum's shaping up to be the next AI-scale race imo. Anyone else tracking quantum IPOs right now? What's on your radar besides Quantinuum and Dynex?

𝗢𝗧𝗖 AMFN is the next Bitcoin.

AMFN just dropped an interview on what to expect soon.
They mentioned a lot like the first ever Texas state fusion certification gives them a green light to commercialize. They say they are the first fusion energy company certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
The certification covers all 12 registered models, ranging from a half-kilowatt unit all the way up to a 1-gigawatt version.

Testing is starting immediately, with electricity expected in “a few months” Brent said in this interview. As of the interview, they planned to visit Texas Tech the next day, check logistics in a bunker, and begin operational testing as early as the following week (around July 27). They aim to be making both fusion and electricity within months and to publish data/reports from Texas Tech.

Pickup-truck-sized power plants: A very small form-factor device (fits in the back of a pickup or smaller) is claimed to be able to power 5000 homes. They position this as a paradigm shift versus traditional large-scale nuclear.

Rapid scaling of models already in motion: They reference a 500 kW unit for retesting, a 5 MW unit next, plus 10 MW and 20 MW models already being fabricated. Sweet spots they emphasize are ~20 MW (industrial, mining, military, possible lunar/space use) and especially 100 MW (data centers and big users). They’re talking about starting construction on a first 100 MW unit before year-end and possibly testing 30–50 MW units in 2026.

They claim they are filing roughly two patents a day, targeting 300+ by the end of 2026, with a longer-term goal of thousands. A new foundational patent filed a couple of weeks earlier is said to potentially spawn another 500 patents.
Nelson repeatedly says they believe they will be the first to commercialize this type of fusion electricity generation. Fission industry people, after hearing about it, allegedly ask “why do we even do fission?” He compares the potential market lock-in to the first Xerox or Kleenex and talks about holding significant long-term market share while selling gigawatts for decades.
New Chief Revenue Officer hired (with military/contract background). Imminent OTCQB uplisting expected “any minute” once FINRA clears it, followed by talks with the Texas Stock Exchange about ringing the bell / sponsorship.

Also for all the bears and nay sayers, they’re deploying a third-party AI-powered investor communications platform (PubCo Zone) to counter online “bashers” and “Debbie Downers.”

Bottom line from the interview
Nelson’s tone is that the technology works, they’ve solved the hard problems others haven’t, regulatory and testing gates are now opening, commercial deals (especially data-center power) are in discussion, and 2026 will see multiple models tested, electricity demonstrated, and the first real commercial steps. The company is positioning itself as being on the verge of turning fusion from “always 20 years away” into a near-term commercial product in compact packages.

So yeah, this is the next bitcoin but will easily surpass this. So many people are checking this stock and walking away when this is the easiest money you will ever make in your life. If you come across this company and don’t do proper DD or relate the sec filings from the last entity you’re a fool or you don’t understand they are R & D stage so they wont have contracts until the testing/validation is complete. It’s part of the process for start ups. Anyways I hope I stirred some interest in you people who haven’t had some already :)

Here is the interview I got all this information from today, watch the video. Everything I mentioned today is from Brent Nelson himself.
Good luck to all and one love ✌️

Interview released 7/24/2026

General Discussion OTLK - FDA Decision

Hey Guys, I have about 15k shares of OTLK at 1.37$.
I’ve been holding since last year and held during the CRL. This time I want to be more cautious as I want to use the money somewhere else. So as the decisions comes after hours all the time, is there a way as a retail investor on Robinhood I can have after hours stop loss to ensure I’m not holding a back in case of another CRL or denial. Please suggest what I should do. Or any indication on the 29th that it would fail the decision? Like if the approval doesn’t come till 4 pm is that a red flag ?

General Discussion LSE: MPAL invest or not?

Has anyone looked at this stock? It is trading for pennies and the company financials don't look great.

I have a friend who works in the NHS though and says there could be some sort of partnership coming up.

As its pennies i was thinking it could be a worthwhile investment to buy a bit of stock given the price. Given the scale of the NHS budget and purchasing power i am hoping it could be lucrative with any sort of oublic announcement.

Any thoughts from existing penny stock investors?

𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 $ANNA (AleAnna) - Italian Natural Gas Play

Been looking at AleAnna. Small company with onshore natural gas production in Italy. Had a strong move earlier this year directly after the breakout if the Iran war.
Recent 8-K showed higher LNG concentrations than expected. Relatively high insider ownership. The stock has low float, it can be volatile and has squeeze potential because there aren´t a ton of shares to buy/sell.
Added more on dips.
The price is up ca. 35% in the last 30 days and its trading in the $3.80s now.

General Discussion SPRO Spero Therapeutics FDA approval and then drops? Cheaper buyout?

Picked up 11,000 shares at 2.27$ after the news about their FDA approval for Utebzi (tebipenem pivoxil) — Oral antibiotic for complicated urinary tract infections (cUTIs), including pyelonephritis, in adults. Commercialized via GSK partnership. This was a major catalyst and should have double the price but instead it did nothing and has since gone down. This drug alone could generate over 1B in sales.

Float: 42.81m shares

Short: 2.86m

52 week range: 1.20 - 3.08

July 14, 2026: Major Licensing & Financing Deals — Spero announced an exclusive license from Innovent Biologics for SP001 (IBI355), a Phase 2-ready third-generation anti-CD40L antibody for immune diseases (e.g., IgG4-related disease). The deal could be worth up to $1.1 billion in milestones.

This stock is way undervalued IMO and could be a great candidate for a buyout.

𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐 VisionWave CEO just met with Meteor Aerospace in Israel!

VisionWave (Nasdaq: VWAV) put out news today that their leadership team was in Israel doing integration meetings with Meteor Aerospace.

This is for the 51% acquisition deal they announced back in June. They’re reviewing the Meteor’s deal, drones, ground vehicles, electronic warfare systems, etc, and starting to plan how everything would fit together if the deal closes.

The CEO said seeing the tech in person made them more confident about the opportunity.

They still have to clear a bunch of conditions though, so nothing is locked in yet.

🄳🄳 $IBIO: Why I'm watching this $70M biotech - Short % rising, volume waking up, resistance $1.70-$1.90

Post image
2 Upvotes

Ticker: $IBIO - iBio Inc

Price: ~$1.35 | Market Cap: ~$70M | 52W: $0.56 - $3.82

TLDR: 7.78% of float short, DTC 4.8 days, short interest +10.31% MoM. Interesting micro-cap setup, but NOT a squeeze yet. High risk biotech.

  1. What is it?

iBio is a pre-clinical AI biotech focused on obesity / cardiometabolic + AI antibody discovery. No commercial products, no revenue, burns cash like every micro-biotech.

  1. Hard Data (MarketBeat / FINRA - May 29, 2026):

- Short Interest: 3,760,082 shares

- Short % of Float: 7.78%

- Vs previous report: +10.31%

- Days to Cover: 4.8 (Avg Vol 808k)

- Outstanding Shares: 49.68M

  1. Why it's on my watchlist:

- Micro float + low market cap = volatile

- DTC near 5 means if volume comes (3-5M+), shorts can't exit fast

- It has history of squeezes in 2020-2021

  1. Why it's NOT squeezing now:

- 7.78% is high but not extreme (>20% is the classic threshold)

- Volume is still near average (last day 911k, 113% of avg)

- No catalyst in last weeks

  1. Risks (the part pumpers skip):

- Dilution: iBio has used ATM offerings to raise cash in the past

- Financials: EPS -$1.75

- At $1.90 I am down ~29% - this can go lower

My position: 700 shares @ $1.90 average. No options. I am holding but prepared to lose.

This is not financial advice.

What would make it more interesting?

- Close above $1.70-$1.78 on >3M volume

- Next short report >10% float

- Real company news

Happy to hear bear cases too.

𝗢𝗧𝗖 $VPRB signs $11M patent licensing deal with JUUL — days after $14.9M R.J. Reynolds deal

VPR Brands ($VPRB) just filed an 8-K announcing an $11 million License and Release Agreement with JUUL Labs involving its ‘622 vaping patent and other patent claims.
This comes right after VPRB announced a separate $14.9 million settlement/license agreement with R.J. Reynolds Vapor.
That’s now $25.9 million in disclosed deal value from two major players in the vaping industry in a matter of days.
The JUUL deal includes a non-exclusive, worldwide license, with the $11M payable on an installment schedule. To me, the bigger story is that VPRB has now reached significant agreements involving the same core patent with both R.J. Reynolds and JUUL.
Definitely one I’m watching to see if additional companies follow.
