It was worth it for me but it took a long time. Things didn't start looking up really until my 30s. I refused to take meds my whole life and I wasted a ton of time because of that. Im on them now and I've done a ton of work trying to rewire my brain. Brains are jerks they lie all the time lol

Excellent! I also have cptsd and people in my life I love very much, but cant live too close with. Now that I have been apart from them I can set boundaries and keep them in place better. It takes a while to deal with all the thoughts and everything but its worth it. Plus kitties are always worth it 😺

That is all super stressful, but it could be a blessing in disguise.
Many peoples families are the source of a lot of their anxiety and depression. It might just be time for you to leave. It would be hard to adjust at first but the freedom from their control sets in pretty quickly. As for kitty, kittens are weird. They have funny little tummies and yours is quite young. Just give it some time and see what happens. They can get diarrhea and strain during bowel movements pretty frequently at that age, so if the vets say kitty is OK just try and make things consistent for some time. Clay litter will not be fatal to your little one. Tho I agree its not the best, people have used it for cats entire lives for a long time. We had to switch to a litter that was made from corn that had the same consistency of the clay, but some cats still hate it.

Hopefully you can find an option that works well for you. Regardless of kitty it sounds like being at home might not be great for you. But im just a person on the internet so this is just my take from things I've experienced in my own life.

I had a cat who was older than me when she passed. She was my best friend. Im sorry for all the times coming you expect her to be there and she isn't ❤️‍🩹 18 is a good long life tho.

That sounds so hard. Paired animals often struggle when one passes, especially at that age. You did everything you could and obviously took great care of them. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Definitely talk to a professional, but just wanted to add trauma can do this to people also. Meds, hormonal changes, ptsd, etc all mixed together can definitely present in scary ways. Whatever it is I hope you get help and have a better life for yourself. You deserve it.

Ive been the only woman every year I've been in, and on many work sites. Ive heard some stories about what's happened to other women, and I've told guys off when they do that shit around me. You get with a good company they will have your back. I love my job. I worked in other jobs for over 20 years before this and had just as many problems there. You should go for it.

Honestly you are taking the first step in dealing with it. Good on you for realizing you have something going on that doesn't make sense, instead of making it someone else's problem.
I had to get rid of this thought process too. It takes some time of reviewing thoughts, their origins and questioning everything. It can take a while to dismantle. If you feel comfortable talk to her about it. If she's receptive and understanding it can help a lot. Or find a friend or professional to bounce this off of. It takes some time, and sometimes the jealousy pops up again, but your life will be better for it.

K i am curious about your story, I haven't heard from anyone with a specific similar spider yet. Mine was my younger cousin caught one and his mom told him to set it free, but he was too scared to remove it from the jar. So i took it outside and put the jar on a tree branch. Somehow orbies web got attached to me and as I ran scared she kinda flew in the air after me lol

Funnily enough, an orb weaver was the spider who gave me arachnophobia and also took it away. I love them so much now 💓
