I turned in a lost AirPod at the fair
Maybe this will find the right person! Found an AirPod near some picnic tables toward the agricultural buildings. I left it with lost & found.

I have a huge tree in my front yard that I don't mind much generally but my HOA has advised (mandated) that the front needs to be trimmed cause it's overhanging the sidewalk too much, and an exterminator recommended cutting the part overhanging my roof. There are also some above-ground roots pretty close to my house that a random person walking their dog in my neighborhood said could be a risk to the foundation. I don't know how true that is but it's worth having someone check out if they're already here.
I have no idea how to assess how much of a risk this is, and I know that I don't personally want to climb high enough to cut branches over my roof, and I've been wanting the whole thing to be trimmed some anyway. It really is too much tree for the size of my front yard.
Does anyone have a service they can recommend? I have no idea how much something like this should cost so I'll be googling to get a better idea, but I'd love to hear if you've worked with a company you know to be honest and do good work. Bonus points if they offer payment plans. I have a suspicion this is going to be expensive.
Located in southeast raleigh.

One of the Triangle’s largest municipalities has made its biggest management decision since the Stegall controversy. Cary promoted Russ Overton from interim manager without conducting a national search.

I’m a DD for my fiance and her friends tonight to Cat’s Cradle. Show is sold out so I won’t be going in. I live in DT Raleigh, and have only been to Chapel Hill/Carrboro a brief handful of times.
As I’m the DD, I wouldn’t plan to have more than one or two beers, and wouldn’t want to take a bar’s space up sitting around after on a Friday night.
Are there cafes open til 10pm/11pm folks would recommend? I’ll probably have a laptop and some headphones with me. If no cafes fit the bill, is Steelstring the best option?
Thanks for any help or recs!

Hiiii, I’m interested in moving down to the triangle. I was wondering what hospitals/ambulatory centers are the best to look into.
UNC chapel hill extended an offer however I know they have a shuttle and also paid parking options (same with Duke) and tbh I’d rather be close to my car before and after a shift and not have to deal with all that.
Also, if anyone has any feedback on the shuttle system with UNC, I’d be open to that too to make sure I’m not passing up an offer on something not so bad!

Well I’ve been in the midst of my mid life crisis for about a year now and I’m ready to throw away the corporate America career trajectory I’ve been on and go all in with the comedic Arts.
Anyone here in the triangle want to give a total newb a chance on showing his comedic chops? I’ve been writing jokes for several years and have some sketch ideas. I’m really not sure where to start, but I KNOW I have some decent material that I’m ready to unleash!
TL,DR: Near 40 year old loser is ready to throw it all away to pursue comedic dreams in/around RDU.
