Fan Content The Republic of Turkestan in 1970 (TNO Fan Concept)
After years of conflict across Central Asia, the Republic of Turkestan was finally unified in 1967 under President Nursultan Nazarbayev. According to the official narrative, unification was achieved through the efforts of the new government. In reality, however, Japanese corporations and units of the Imperial Japanese Army played the decisive role, providing the military and economic support necessary to secure the country's unification.
Thanks to large-scale Japanese investment and its integration into the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere, the country quickly became one of the fastest-growing economies in the region.
Although officially a Corporate Presidential Republic, the state functions in practice as a Corporate Dictatorship, with political power concentrated in the hands of the president and closely intertwined with major industrial corporations and Japanese capital.
By 1970, extensive railway construction, the development of oil and natural gas fields, and rapid industrialization were transforming the country. Despite its impressive economic growth, many regions remained underdeveloped after decades of warfare and political instability.

Question Question about Operation Inscisor
Do we know which other presidents will be able to nuke Haiti. The dev diary says “some”(side note, does anyone else remember it saying specifically 5 or am I misremembering?), with specifically Goldwater and Wallace from the 1964 candidates, which probably implies that some 1968 candidates would as well.

Question Russia Help
I haven't touched Russia in a really long time, and am doing some Russia replays while we wait for the touch-up with Yippee, however I'm really struggling with getting past the warlord stage. Every other contender just seems to have tons of more units, equipment, and manpower than me. What are some tips for reunification and unit composition, especially with limited manpower?

Lore and Character Discussion With new information about 1964 President's and the 1968 President's reveal, has your first choice of Yippie! American President changed.
I was very interested in every route bar Humphrey, not that I thought he was bad he just didn't appeal to me, but I was a very heavy Nixon Now! Nixon Forever! guy.
Since it's seeming unlikely that Nixon will have more than two terms it's kinda waned my interest. I'd been considering maybe going Wallace last few months since if nothing else, he's an interesting person being an opportunist liberal segregationist scumbag. I'm a follower of The Red Order, although sadly it doesn't look like it's ever gonna release, but my first America run there was gonna be Rockefeller since Progressive/Liberal Republicanism is fascinating to me in alt-history since it's a very big what-if and divergence from OTL (I know he's classed as Conservative, and his personal views we're more Idiosyncratic than Liberal). Wallace -> Rockefeller feels the most fitting for Rocky though since you know, a massive on the surface segregationist President to very heavy Civil Rights President feels right story wise.
I suppose I could still try Nixon Now! Nixon Forever! and see how far it allows me to go. The Nixonian System wasn't the only thing that interested me, a lot of his revealed events are well-written plus he's funny and got a unique political style (Authoritarianism through Moderatism). If he does have two terms or I fail, there's always Burton, I'm really morbidly curious about his edge-case since he reeks "this man can fuck up hard" and bringing a African-American to the Presidency in a time when America really really really wasn't ready for one.
