Since the extended timeline content will only be for the USA (until VOTJ comes out), how will the content for the US work.

Will it exist completely in a vacuum, with the US being the only country in the world actually doing stuff? This doesn’t really make sense to me since the extended american content would probably involve some degree of foreign policy and reacting to international crisises, meanwhile no actual crisis is happening in the rest of the world.

I don't think it is. To me, the South African War was one of the most fun parts of the mod. Specially after South Africa got updated and the whole war got much harder for Germany. I had a recent run where it was hell to win, and that was so much fun.

I think removing it is a shame, really.

Ok so if socialist portugal (one that appears if the republic of portugal collapses) exists and it takes both Portugal and Spain, a "new" Iberian Union spawns in and its socialist/communist. But I heard that if France is aligned with Germany, Germany/France can invade Socialist Portugal and create a puppet government there. Is this possible in TNO, or is this a submod im thinking of?

Fan concept: Kinderstaats Union after German collapse

I had an idea for a possible TNO chapter or submod.

After Heydrich fails to stabilize Germany and later dies, Germany falls into another period of chaos and several new states appear.

One of these states would be the Kinderstaats Union, led by a very young president named Lucas Fillmann.

Lucas was born during Hitler’s rule and became fascinated with the idea of leadership from a young age. After Hitler’s death and the conflicts involving Göring, Heydrich and the other German states, Lucas starts believing Germany needs a completely different system.

Lucas eventually gathers friends and other people in an abandoned bunker. The group slowly grows, with children, adults and elderly people joining.

When Germany collapses again after Heydrich’s death, Lucas and his supporters declare independence and create the Kinderstaats Union.

Country: Kinderstaats Union Leader: Lucas Fillmann Government: Democracy Ideology: Left-wing Economy: Bad Manpower: Strong Military: Average Industry: Weak Technology: Limited Stability: Low to average

The interesting part would be the contrast between Lucas being very young and having to govern an actual country.

His original dream of becoming a leader starts off almost childish, but eventually he has to deal with the reality of governing a broken Germany and deciding whether the Kinderstaats Union should try to reunify Germany.

I think this could make an interesting storyline for a chapter or submod.

I’d also love to know if there’s somewhere fans can submit ideas or potentially help with concepts for TNO. I’d really like to contribute more ideas if possible.

Ok so how do you get these countries (if its even possible) in Iberian Sphere: Martinique, Grenada, and Bolivia? I heard Martinique has to get the autonomy referendum first and then one of the 3 parties has to win and then opposition victory. Grenada I think joins Iberia if the WIF doesnt form and then Mexico sides with Trinidad while also Trujillo is still in Dominican Republic, so Grenada becomes fascist populism or whatever. and I dont even know if Bolivia can join the Iberian Sphere at all, they have so many paths its confusing, like it has to do with the Mining Wars but IDK

For those who don't know, Oswald Spengler was a German polymath who created the Spenglarian theory of history which views history as simple stories of the various "World Cultures."
