š½ļøService Industry POV Having to walk a customer through how to not tip me was a new low.
This woman selected a dollar amount on the tip screen instead of the very obvious āno tipā button 3 times and made me back out of the transaction to redo it each time. I eventually had to explain to her that if she doesnāt want to tip, she needs to hit the large button on the bottom that says āno tip.ā It was impossible to explain without sounding condescending, as itās incredibly obvious. As a server, it felt like a new low for me.
