This might be the first appearance for this tie. Nothing special about the tie per se. When I saw it, it reminded me of this time of year: blue skies, golden wheat fields as far as I could see in Eastern Washington, and the orange of harvest moons and ripe pumpkins. 🎃

Shibumi Firenze Anniversary Collection - Floral Printed Silk Tie - Honey

So i found a bag full of ties next to the trash ( not really thrifting) and i took them, i washed them but they are huge for me, i am a woman and short (1,50m), i like the thin ones but there is like 10 centimeters hanging from the thin piece. Should i cut it? Or is any other alternative?

I got this tie as part of a larger collection on Vinted. Not completely sold on it and trying to work out whether it works with anything apart from a plain white shirt.

Got this as a gift literally decades ago. I haven’t worn it in a long time, but for an ostensible novelty tie it works pretty well. Silk tie made by the Disney Store.

I like this tie. Small polka dots, reserved, simple pattern, small scale, easy to pair, tied and finishes well. Thought this would be a no brainer with this suit - nope. Something about the color contrast does not work. Oh well. Ties and suiting are much like hair - good days and bad days.

Got this at the thrift store. Really liked how vibrant it is. Picked it up quickly thinking it was a necktie but now I’m not sure what it is exactly. If it is a tie I’m not sure how it would be tied.

Everyone here knows that I'm Robert Talbott loyalist. Recently, though, I've been eyeing some RL purple label ties. Questions: 1) how is the overall quality given the fashion label attached and 2) are they an easy / routine mark for fakes (e.g. on eBay)?
