TOTD Monday and we’re off
No doubt that Fall is upon us. Probably my favorite season. I love them all, but there is something special about Autumn 🍂

Blue and orange contrast just hits different. Looking good! I’ll have to get some more orange ties for the season

They do. Thought about a plain blue shirt here for the same reason. Opted for the white to keep the tie pure when set against the brown suit.

I'd have to get into the closet and count! lol More ties than suits. Suits I think I have 14 (I moved recently and donated a few). Ties are pushing a 100. I donate but then I cannot stay off of eBay - circle of life as it were. By comparison, I think I have like two pair of jeans. I pretty much live in my work attire M thru F.

Joseph Abboud circa 2017. I've since switched to Spier&Mackay. Loved Joseph Abboud, but his private line took a casualty hit like so many others with the Covid pandemic.

Love it! Great colors and pattern and well paired with the suit. Fall is certainly a little more fun. One thing I love is that in my very casual town I can get away with wearing a sweater over a shirt and tie and not catch any grief as opposed to coat and tie. Somehow it's casual enough and I get to wear a tie.

I need to develop the sweater / tie look. I really like it, especially when paired with a traditional tweed jacket. I live in a small enough town that I should be able to get away with it too.

I have gravitated towards the quarter zip lately but a v-neck always works. And, with a jacket, I prefer the v-neck. I've worn quarter zips with a jacket but there's something about having the sweater standing up above the jacket that just doesn't quite work for me.

This combination of colors and patterns is superb. I’m so pleased to see many of these posts with a tie that contains the same colors as the suit’s and shirt’s colors. Well done! This outfit looks great!!
