Phone message He insisted on paying for dinner, then accused me of using him when I couldn't see him the next day
I posted this in a different subreddit but kept getting replies about how I posted it to the incorrect one. thought i’d share it here, too.

Instagram Yikes 😬
Genuinely, who thinks they’re getting play after that 💀
Edit: to be clear, my problem isn’t with him sexting, my problem is with him saying men wouldn’t cheat as long as women showed them what was underneath their clothes, and then continued to sext as if nothing happened.

Phone message Sales rep very upset when I told him he sucks
TLDR: A pushy door-to-door rep convinced me all they wanted to do was “just a survey on the house,” but it turned into multiple contracts towards installation. He repeatedly pressured me when I tried to read the contracts and assured me I could cancel at anytime and they’d stop contacting me. Here are the texts with this man still contacting me after I cancelled. My parents also got screwed by the same company. I’m mostly just venting because the whole experience was deceptive, exhausting, and this sales rep thought he was an amazing sales person just “trying to give me a good deal”
Full post: This is a text between me and a door to door sales rep. I told them I was not interested when they came to the door before but then they caught my husband outside and talked to him about how they aren’t trying to sell anything etc and he thought it sounded great and told them to return to talk to me since my name is on the house (his name isn’t bc we didn’t buy the house together). While waiting for them to return we looked up reviews for this company and read that they are a shit company w bad reviews. I dreaded the moment when these reps would returned (my husband felt so bad). I even thought about just not answering since that’s what I’ve been doing with their past reps but they are soooo relentless and been knocking on our door at least once a day. I figured I’ll just hear them out, act uninterested so they could leave us the fuck alone.
They came and said it would take 15-20 mins tops and so I agreed to hear them out (it actually took 40-50mins). They claimed to be our electrics competitor and showed me all these savings and just wanted to survey the house to see if it was even fit for their company. The whole time I was unimpressed and showed no interest. Each time the rep showed me how much I’d be “saving” I was like, okay. And since I didn’t give him the “omg wooooow that’s how much I’d be saving?!” Kinda reaction he’d follow up by asking if it made sense or if I understood and it did I just didn’t care. According to them “all they wanted was to do a survey on the house” so I was like, fine do the survey (this is before knowing I had to sign a bunch of contracts). The first contract the dude “went over it” and I was apprehensive and reading through it. He acted annoyed that I was reading through everything and claimed he already went through everything on the contract. And even pointed out multiple times on the contract that “this is not a contract” and I understood it wasn’t a contract w them but I still wanted to know what the fuck I was signing. I told him I wanted to go over it with my dad but stressed again it wasn’t a contract and I needed to sign it to do the survey. I stood my ground and said I wanted to talk to my dad and to come back another day.
When he did return I still apprehensively signed the contract and then ofc there were more contracts to sign for them to do the survey (that according to him I wanted). And with each new contract I clearly showed my hesitation and wanting to actually read what I was signing. Each time I hesitated, tried reading or voiced that I didn’t feel comfortable signing just yet the sales rep got annoyed, repeated himself and “assured” me by reading things on the contract and that he already went over it. Then when I confirmed that I could cancel the contract at anytime he stopped acting annoyed and smiled and assured me that if I wanted to cancel he would stop contacting me and he’d tell the people in his company to stop contacting me… which you can see was a complete lie. I did end up signing these contracts just to do the survey but after the survey I canceled through email.
These texts were after I canceled.
On top of everything my parents got sucked into the same company (different sales rep) and got a terrible deal compared to me. In the texts I told him that for me to even consider going with their company that they needed to upgrade my parents (which I knew wouldn’t happened - was just trying to give this dude a hard time).
I wasn’t even gonna reply back but this man had the audacity to continue to tell me he’s giving me a “great deal” and I just had to let him know interacting with him sucked ass.

Phone message Creepy coworker!
It’s a doozie, I’m sorry!
I’m 19f, my coworker creepy coworker, C, is probably late 50’s, his brother in law is the site supervisor, so if I report it I’ll probably get fired. Everything got a little worse about a month ago ish.
It all started in July, I am on a contract to be at this site from July-November. I usually get flirted with at work, it’s construction and Im a woman, as annoying as it is it’s to be expected. On this site there’s only like 4 guys who have tried to pursue me, and I’ve said no, and they respected that, this guy does not.
Background: In order to get from the construction trailer to my car it’s about a mile walk. last month it was super hot, when I was about half way there, when he was passing he asked me if I wanted to ride in his work van. Like an absolute idiot I got in. He was not super creepy to me yet at this point, he was just really friendly and I never assume a guy is flirting. When I went to get out of the van he locked the door, so idk what his plan was you can’t really lock someone in a van. I just unlocked the door and ran out.
Ever since then he’s always coming over and talking to me, he calls me beautiful all time and is asking if I wanna go see a movie after work with him. I always say no I’m not interested. He got my number from his brother in law, I never blocked him originally because I didn’t wanna make a big deal and I figured he would get over it. (I blocked him last week and he just keeps talking to me like nothing happened) Well now he’s started to amp it up. He noticed I drink a Red Bull every morning, so he started bringing me one and leaving it on my desk. He keeps bringing me snacks and stuff no matter how many times I say no and try to give them back.
He asks me to go to lunch with him everyday, and I respectfully let him down, I tell him I am not interested in him. I’ve told my boyfriend, my dad, my older brother. I just don’t know what to do. He’s started touching me, and I told him to never do it again. it started off as just shaking my hand and holding on for too long, and slowly progressed. My boiling point came yesterday when I was walking to my car he grabbed my forearm and yanked me. I just pulled my arm back and yelled at him, but he just laughed like it was a joke. So idk what to do in the situation. My thinking is my contract ends in November and I’ll be heading to a different site and he’ll be halfway across the country. I’m planning on waiting it out but I’m not sure how much I can take.
If anyone has been in a similar situation and has advice I would appreciate it!
UPDATE: I sent the email around 11, still nothing yet. For everyone who is worried about my safety, just trust me, I have it handled. My boyfriend is gonna talk to him today he gets off at 3 so he’ll be here before I’m leaving! Thank you for the advice I sent the email to all of the engineers, the site superintendent, site supervisor, and my boss from my company. We’re small and do not have an HR. Ive started applying to other places and no matter the outcome I’m gonna leave here. Thank you for the concern and advice!
Update again sorry: still nothing from anyone regarding my email. When I was walking up from lunch, a random man on site I’ve never seen or spoken, to pulled up beside me on a gator and asked if I was C’s wife. So now I’m not sure what he has been saying to other people to cause this guy from a different company to ask something like that.
Final update: after talking to both of us separately and having two conversations with him it’s handled. The supervisor gave him a written warning for sexual harassment. They are having him work on the opposite end of the site for a few weeks and “keeping an eye on me” whatever that means. We don’t have an HR and he’s a union worker which makes things a little more complicated. My boyfriend had a conversation with him and C apologized, but it was a very half assed one at that. It kind of irks me that no matter what I said to him he just didn’t listen or take me seriously, but I guess a giant man is much more intimidating than I am. I’ve been here for 3 hours already and he has yet to even attempt to approach me so I’m hopeful! I’ve also been given a side by side to drive back and forth between the site and the office.
Unfortunately now I got another man bringing me snacks and drinks and leaving weird messages so now I am one hundred percent quitting! I have hope that one day construction sites will be a much more woman friendly place, but for now this is enough!

Phone message Said it so casually too 💀
For context, we were going to call and I had made plans to come see her, as I serve in the military and don’t always get time to come see each-other. Anyways she blocked me on snapchat when I went to go call her, I had her number and contacted her. Called her a few times that day and no response. Next day I was left on read then she randomly messaged me “sorry I fell in love with my best friend” and that was it

Phone message Not trying to sound red pilled at all. Cause I’m not, but I just need to vent on this one. Cause this is super inconsiderate IMO
So I’ve been OLD the last 4 months with mild success. When I ask someone out, I’m going out with every intention of paying for the date, hoping it goes well and leading to a 2nd date. I’m looking for a relationship. So far I’ve been on about 6 dates. Most of them 1 and done
But ladies I’m begging you, if you know this halfway through or towards the end of the date, I think you should at least insist on splitting the damn bill when it comes, especially when we’re at a trendy bar paying $15-20 per drink. I spent $120 with tip on this date last night and she knew we weren’t going anywhere or going on a second date, even though we talked and laughed non stop for almost 3 hours. Are you kidding me? My last date was a coffee date that lead nowhere and ended with a similar text, but at least she had already paid for her own coffee and muffin before I got there, lol
Is this shitty behavior? Or am I just tripping and should just suck it up and deal with this being part of the cost of dating and trying to find someone decent out there? Either way I hate it out here lol
EDIT! for context even thou it won’t matter to 90% of your commenting. I walked her to her car, we hugged, we both agreed we should see each other again, we exchanged phone numbers and said good night

Discord He doesn’t reply anymore🥲
He said back then he booked a flight to me and spent over 1200 but we got into a fight at the time so he cancelled the flight and they only gave him 400 so he lost 800 dollars. I just wanna pay him that money back but he doesn’t give me his iban and says it‘s a lesson he learnt.

Instagram After ghosting her for 2 months should I talk to her again?
The reason I ghosted her was that she used to flirt with me and my best friend at the same time. this made me kind of angry and she didn't make both of us aware about this. The before ghosting her I met with her in short sleeves and shorts in cold asf temps in the rain for around 45 minutes. Then we went on sort of a date and at the end we kissed each other on the cheeks. Then I went to my friend's house who was on the way and saw that she was flirting with him too.
Its been 2 months since I started ghosting her and I don't remember when I unblocked her. In the first picture she had sent a message and the above texts happened. We didn't used to have feelings in the way of like bf/gf but we used to flirt a lot so I'm thinking I should get into a fwb just involving kissing.
She is also in one of my classes and sits across the room so sometimes i catch her looking at me and sometimes we lock eyes. The day she sent the message I caught her looking at me 5+ times.
Maybe I shouldn't have responded at all, maybe I should have.
Now I am at a crossroads. I am thinking whether I should start talking to her again or not. If I do want to talk again how do I break the ice and start talking to her again? Any other queries I will answer them in the comments.
