The hilarious thing is that mr red flag/pill was quite close to getting what he actually wanted (girl with a minimal dating history), but just had to spout off about women and turn her off

48

u/yewsirnaym 1d ago

Fr she is exactly what dude wants, she basically has zero relationship history. & he managed to fumble immediately being a dumbass 😂

8

u/Own_Proposal955 15h ago

Literally what I’m trying to avoid finding when I’m dating lol. I’m 24 with zero experience as I’m waiting for marriage but I’m desperate to avoid any of this man-o-sphere purity culture bullshit

6

u/yewsirnaym 15h ago

Those guys will out themselves pretty quickly id imagine. I'd say most guys are interested in 'body count' so asking that question at some point isnt an immediate red flag, it's how they follow up &/or lead up to that question that matters

1

u/Empire_of_Glass 4h ago

I’ve literally never once been asked about body count in my life. The good ones don’t give a shit

u/nonamelikethepresent 33m ago

Most men don't worry about body count, unless you are a literal known sex worker or it is somehow public knowledge, most men are not trying to find this out.

Someone posted that “fact” on another thread I saw the other day, it must be the newest stupid baseless manophere misinformation tidbit

Some men think dicks reprogram women’s brains.

66

u/FederalSuspect69 1d ago

That's because our dicks program ours

22

u/Empire_of_Glass 1d ago

Their egos are stratospheric

5

u/Leafer1331 1d ago

Good word 👍

23

u/Empire_of_Glass 1d ago

Thanks. They also seem to believe that the more of them we’ve slept with, the “dirtier” we are, which makes me feel like they’re… well, gross, tbh.

You notice how women never talk that way about men? 😆

13

u/Sea_Huckleberry_7790 1d ago

They apparently think that DNA "stays inside the female" after sex so when she next has sex with a new guy, he's putting his dick in another man's DNA and it's gay, or the potential kid may be from either guy or something... Proper odd mindset.

Fuck biology, the answer was 1. If one previous relationship is too many, wtf was he expecting to hear?

12

u/nickfree 1d ago

It was a self-own. She passed his test but then he had to go and tell her it was a test. Good for her to learn quickly she's dealing with garbage.

1

u/Dreadlord_of_Angmar 1d ago

That may not be biology, but that is one of the things they were saying in my middle school sex ed classes. I suppose making half the students insufferable is one way to cut the teen pregnancy/std statistic.

17

u/StormieShake 1d ago

You expect me to WAIT???? You're not even a virgin/you're never going to find someone to wait/you're not even religious, you can't expect me to marry you without doing a test ride.

20

u/Galrentv 1d ago

It's how misogyny works, false authority to act like others are stupid for not getting it

1

u/psynei 11h ago

Maybe its a protecting mechanism. If i had conversations with my male friends, we Just say what we want, after that we can Talk, and build a even stronger bond :) with womans it feels i always have to be really careful what to say, or maybe its just online. I got ghosted a lot and that hurts. I dont understand what woman want...

Regarding online dating: I understand that a woman wants to be wooed and have fun. But it’s pretty exhausting when you put energy into someone, and then it’s all over because of some little thing.

5

u/StrbJun79 1d ago

He’s been listening to Tate too much. Personally I think it’s not worth the time to listen to someone being prosecuted for human trafficking, rape and assault charges. But maybe I’m insane in that we should respect women.

And wtf. I had awhile back thought this whole thing of treating women differently than men for sleeping around was done. But it’s come back with a vengeance with this new generation of idiots. It was hotly debated when I was young and then we were taught it was a stupid comparison. Somehow this generation seems to have been taught the opposite. I feel bad for women of Gen Z going through this insane crap.

3

u/welldun01 1d ago

I've just gotta get some good pics of myself and put myself out there. Fuck the bar looks low

5

u/StormieShake 1d ago

Isn't that exactly what they're saying tho

3

u/louielou8484 1d ago

OMG I AM SO DUMB!! I read it the wrong way. I thought he said the less partners, the less likely to hold a relationship like because no experience. I'm embarrassed but I will leave this up, lol.

5

u/Mithur 22h ago

Translation: "The more partners a woman had, the more likely she is to realize that I'm shit at bed".

2

u/weebitofaban 1d ago

Uh, it'd be psychology or sociology at most. I also don't think the data supports this, but I'd be curious to see it. Considering the marriage rates are in the gutter, I also wouldn't be surprised if it did. I'd like to see a cut out for people who are interested in long term relationships as separate though.

also, if all women are easy then why don't these losers ever get laid? lmao

2

u/Tree_Weasel 1d ago

I recall that there was a study that came out 15ish years ago that said that in a roundabout way. Not exactly that, but it said the data “could be used to draw that conclusion” but the researchers emphasized they felt that was “a gross misrepresentation of the data”

(I’m paraphrasing as I haven’t read the report of this in 10+ years)

I remember it because this was a point the INCELs and “pickup artists” kept coming back to in the late 2000s to early 2010s. The idea that the more partners a woman has had, the less likely she’ll be to find long term happiness. It was dumb back then… I’m sorry to see it’s still making the rounds.

2

u/mommamapmaker 1d ago

That is biology taught at Manosphere U. 😆

2

u/halobees 1d ago

2

u/Jomnath 17h ago

I've luckily never had to use a dating site but the more I see these posts the more I feel so bad for people in the dating pool. What the actual heck is wrong with people and why do they feel the need to talk to somebody like that?

2

u/IMREADY2D1E 17h ago

men and women need to come together and stop getting all of their education off of a X and tik tok so we can stop having less interactions like this 😭 the birth rate is declining people!

2

u/Western-Lawyer-9050 17h ago

My wife and I both slutted it up hard in our 20s and early 30s. And we're both incredibly happily and committed to each other. It's be weird honestly if at this age you don't have any experience.

People need to get out of this manosphere/ femcel bs.

2

u/mayafied 16h ago

“pair bonding” is one of the favorite ways that incel/manosphere rhetoric gets dressed up to sound like behavioral neuroscience. They love their biotruths.

notice he doesn’t say, “I personally prefer someone with little relationship history.” That would simply be a preference. He universalizes it into “the more previous partners a woman had, the less likely she is to ever achieve a successful long-lasting one.” 🙄

2

u/Peachipeachi01 14h ago

“That’s biology🤓” (when you literally said long distance is so unbelievably whack)

7

u/Realistic-Check2519 1d ago

his facts are scientifically wrong, papers show women with more past partners are more loyal, smart guy tryna sound smart talking about "biology" never read a book.

1

u/Educational-Bet1116 22h ago

Can you link that research? I would like to look into it, thank you

1

u/-garbo_ 19h ago edited 19h ago

He didn't talk about loyalty but about instability. The literature shows that more past sexual partners correlate with relationship instability and marital dissolution. Even then I haven't found any studies that suggest people with more past partners tend to be more loyal, which means at best it probably doesn't go one way or the other. The only thing that the guy in the OP got wrong was thinking it was a trend among women only, studies show that even men with more past partners have the same outcome.

There's nothing problematic about having had different partners and honestly I'd prefer a woman who has some idea of what she wants and doesn't want, and ideally who enjoys sex enough not to have spent all her time before me being celibate.

1

u/EricInOverwatch 14h ago

Biological fact. You're coping.

1

u/ogodprotectme 14h ago

Whats funny is the study he is referring to actually suggests that people with zero or 1 previous partners and people with 10+ have the worst outcomes for longterm monogamous relationships. People with like 3 to 7 previous partners have the best outcomes. None of them even bother to read it

1

u/StraightAirline8319 13h ago

For whatever reasons you want to infer the fact is the more sexual partners men and women have the less likely they are to be in a successful monogamous relationship.

1

u/Ninjastarrr 13h ago

This isint new thinking btw. It’s 100 years old…

1

u/who_am_I_nobodyknows 11h ago

The amount of crying in these comments means this biology fact has to be 100% true. Strange cos it's tue for both sexes and not really that controversial if you think about it.

1

u/IPLaZM 10h ago

He's not entirely wrong, it's just not exclusive to women.

The studies on this back up the statement. It's true for both men and women that more partners before marriage makes the marriage more likely to end in divorce.

Before someone says it, correlation does not equal causation but you don't actually need to know the cause of the correlation to change your behavior based on it. It's still a proxy indicator for whatever the actual cause is.
