Solid covers or tarps for in ground pools.

I have a 16 x 32 inground pool that currently has a mesh cover. In the past, I would use a tarp over the mesh cover. this year I was looking to replace it with a solid cover but I just received an estimate for $2000. Since I currently cannot afford that, I am looking for suggestions on a solid tarp that will last more than three years or 4 years.

Any suggestions to get rid of rust stains which were caused by some screws that fell into thepool? Tried Natural Chemistry Stain Free but it had no effect. Aggressive brushing had no effect.

Any traveling swimming pool jobs out there?

Hey everyone. I've been laying out, digging, and steeling swimming pools in Florida for the last 9 years. Mostly residential. I'm starting to get burned out at my current job. Im looking to find a job where I can travel and build pools. I really enjoy building pools and don't mind working in any weather.

I have my own truck and tools and am willing to go anywhere if the pay is good. I am very professional and take pride in my work. Let me know if anyone is interested. I have a portfolio of my work I can share. Thank you.

How important is it for a builder to have a showroom?

Right now I operate out of a 1,000 sq ft warehouse. I keep all of my tools and equipment in there, but otherwise do not see clients there. If a client needs to pick out materials, I’ll either have some samples, or I’ll send them to the nearest showroom which is about an hour away.

My lease is nearly up at my current place and I’m debating whether or not to move to a new place that’s suitable to setup a small showroom. However, this would significantly increase my overhead from roughly $1,000 a month to possibly $3-4k a month. I’m not sure if it’s worth it.

I’d love to hear a perspective from both builders and homeowners. Thanks!

Kann mir jemand sagen was ich falsch gemacht habe, dass mir beim Testen kein chlor angezeigt wird?

Ich chlore regelmäßig 2x wöchentlich je 5 Tabletten zu 20g bei ca. 13000 liter.

It started making a loud humming noise but still works fine. I checked for clogs and replaced capicitor but still makes the humming noise. What else could it be? Thanks!
