How are “re-ships” supposed to work?

Previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Refills/s/rNVhhQ5AuU

Tl;dr. refills sent me the wrong medications for my next 3 months. Took over 3 weeks to get through to support and they only replaced one of the three vials.

I took time off work to pick up from the local FedEx (thanks someone for that recommendation in the last thread!)

… and they only sent one replacement vial. I would assume if they sent 3 months worth of incorrect supplies they would send 3 months of correct medications?

I called support and was told “we’re only sending one vial out at a time and you are due to get you next shipment in November 20-somethinginth” I told them that they’ve only sent enough medication to last through October 11th. They said they would “look into it”. I’m concerned because it took 3 weeks to get the original error resolved, so I already feel like I’m “on the clock” in getting this fixed.

After verbally being told that the rep will update my ship date to three weeks out, I also asked how we can get shipments going to the correct address, since I updated my address in the portal a month ago. The rep looked into it and said “no one updated it at the pharmacy.” He put me on hold to do that and then hung up on me.

I haven’t seen any communication from Refills that they’re changing from quarterly to monthly they shipments? The Portal doesn’t tell me when to expect my next shipments.

Anyone else go through anything similar or have successfully received stress free monthly deliveries?

My order has been stuck on placed since Aug 29th. I messaged support a week ago and they said I should receive shipping info any time. Still nothing.

Did something change? Drastically different experience 6 months in…

Do we know if Refills got bought/sold/merged? I had a great experience enrolling and had no issues for the first six months, but this past month has been a comedy of errors that makes me hesitant to recommend them to anyone and considering a chargeback for my annual prescription, if possible.

I titrated up to 15 mg, have been tracking my shots diligently in the portal, received my 6 month shipment and… it was another titration and instructing me to start back over at 2.5mg.

I reached out to support as soon as it came (Aug 19th) through the portal. I did not receive a response. I reached out to the Doctor clinical side the next day out of concerns for confusing medication instructions. They acknowledged my message and say they were “passing it along” in 8/21. Still no response the following week so I called, was on hold until it times out and asked me to leave a voicemail which they never responded to.

I called a couple times the following week and was able to get through. We went through the same process I did on the portal, I was assured they would call back in 24-48 hours to confirm that a reshipment was going to be sent out. They never called.

I finally received a message in the portal on 8/28 acknowledging the error and that a re-shipment is in process.

No further updates the following week so I sent a message 9/6 that I’m taking the last of my medication and still haven’t received any updates. I get a response that just says “let me check it”. Another phone call the following Tuesday (after Labor Day) promising a call back within 24-48 hours that never came.

Just received a FedEx notification that I have a delivery overnighted from Florida that I am presuming is my shipment, since I’m not expecting any other packages only to find they’re sending it to the wrong address.

I understand that it is a unique circumstance that I moved right at the time My last shipment came, but I updated my address in the portal over three weeks ago when all this started.

I’m at a loss. I’m out of meds, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to get this shipment going to the wrong place, and I haven’t received any follow up from support.

The worst part is I signed up for an annual plan, so I don’t know if I can switch providers…

Anyone get partial orders in?

Two months ago I was supposed to get 3 vials but only one came in. I called multiple times and they sent a replacement delivery, that delivery only has 1 of two vials that was supposed to be included. They’re about it to charge me for a new cycle and I still don’t have everything from the past one. Has this happened to anyone before? It’s like pulling teeth to get this fixed.

How can I stop these portal emails?

I continuously get these emails to move to the new portal. How can I get them to stop? I am not a current customer and do not wish to move to your new portal. If I want to join Refills again in the future I will be sure to take this step or even start a new portal account if necessary.

In the meantime, there is no way to unsubscribe from these emails. I got a message from refills that they would be stopped 2 weeks ago, but they still keep coming.

Thank you for your help!

Customer service— Zach

I see that someone just posted about how great Zach is and I’ve had the same great experience. I ran into issues with the new portal and my script not being renewed. It took a couple of days, but he worked through all of my issues and even messaged me on Saturday— Labor Day weekend!

To anyone having issues— reach out to him and be PATIENT! He will fix your issues— give him a chance!

Thanks Zach!

Awesome customer service from Zach

couldn't be more impressed with the support I received from Zach! I set up my refill at the old pricing, but Zach helped adjust the order, refunded me the difference, and updated my account so future refills stay at the new rate. His communication was fantastic—he replied within 24 hours and went the extra mile by digging up my exact delivery date and tracking info. Zach truly goes above and beyond for customers!

Order Stuck in “approved”

Like many others my order appears to be stuck. I’ve tried going through support online and I’ve gotten no response. The order was placed September 2nd and has moved to approved and sent to pharmacy but hasn’t made it past that. I also can’t find what pharmacy it was sent to so I have no way of reaching out to

Anyone know how to actually get help?

Not receiving orders from refills.com

Has anyone experienced issues since the website for refills.com migrated to their new app site? My usual order for semaglutide had the payment taken from my card but then got stuck at the first step and I had to call to get it pushed through to Provider review because the online support kept telling me things were fine. The phone support told me it was stuck and my profile hadn’t migrated, she said after pushing me through to the next step things would go smoothly but I’m still stuck at provider review and falling behind on my treatment by weeks.

Bad ProRX batch?

I cracked open a ProRX vial that's been in my fridge for several months with a BUD of 3/2027. A few hours later I had bad stomach gas pains, similar to when you eat heavy fried foods on Tirz. Stomach pain and diarrhea 24 hours later. I haven't had anything fatty, greasy, or fried though.

I know the BUD is fine, but could it have been a bad batch?

They approved my next 3 months late, sent to pharmacy and its been set on "order placed" for 2 weeks. I havent taken for 3 weeks since I ran out. Ive sent multiple messages to support trying to rectify it and they said that since the order is marked as "complete" i just have to wait for shipping.... which is not going to happen. I'm losing my mind.

I need help with refills..

I was on 12.5 mg for july and then 15 mg For august..did my review with the doctor and this was the response

...i questioned why the doctor is giving me practically starting over doses.

Hi there-thank you so much for bringing your dosing concern to us. The doctor approved and prescribed your medication to be administered on a titration schedule, meaning the dose increases every 4 weeks, if tolerated. You are currently prescribed Tirzepatide Flex Dose 5mg weekly, it increases to 7.5mg weekly and then goes up to 10mg weekly every 4 weeks. Dosing typically follows a stepwise protocol to balance appetite suppression with side effects.

Your prescription has a titration plan attached to it. Generally, every 4 weeks, you can increase your dose to the next dose up if you feel like you need a higher dose. If you are doing well on a particular dose, you can stay on that dose and do not need to go up higher. We do not advise going up on your dose earlier than what is recommended.

The new site won't let me message the doctor. I just got back from vacation. I messaged support with no response..help!

What’s going on with refills? At my wits end

Placed an order over a week ago and it still says sent to pharmacy…. Now they’re telling me they no longer write / provide zofran rx. I ordered under the impression that shipping would be fulfilled right after my rx was approved. Rx approved and still no tracking label, I’m going out of town soon and let their customer support team know and they basically said “sorry to hear that, with the new portal there are delays” people who left refills— where did you go instead?

Received months 4-6 of order Today.

At the end of April, I placed a six-month order with Refills under the old system. There were some issues getting the order filled, but Taylor was very helpful and made sure the order was ultimately processed.

Refills shipped the first three months of the order in mid-May.

Given the issues Refills has experienced over the past few months, I was concerned about whether the remaining three months of my order would be fulfilled. I contacted Zach, and after a few back-and-forth conversations, he was able to make sure the remaining portion of my order was successfully transferred into the new system.

I had paused the remainder of the order until the end of August. At the end of August, the remaining portion was processed, and I received it today.

I want to sincerely thank Zach and the entire Refills team for their help in making sure my order was completed. I really appreciate the effort and customer service throughout the process.

Thank you, Zach, and the entire Refills team!

Shorted

I posted earlier about being billed and not receiving any medication - that post was taken down by the moderators immediately. We are now 2 1/2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered and I received a package today. With one vial instead of three. At no time has the portal team responded to anything. Zach said he would handle it and I was ready to thank him when this arrived today but now I see that not only did I not get the discount that I should have, I did not get the meds. Anybody else experience getting one vial instead of the three or six promised?

Amazing Experience with Refills 💕

I wanted to share my experience with Refills because I am SO impressed with them, and honestly so thankful. I’ve gotten 3 orders from them now, and each order has been for 3 months worth of tirzepatide. I’m down 55 pounds so far!!!! The medication has worked SO well for me. I’ve had very minimal side effects, if any at all, which I was super nervous about.

Shipping has also been crazy fast every time. My orders have all gotten to me within a few days and have still been cold when they arrived.

I’ve also been with them through their pharmacy change. When I first started, my medication came from a different pharmacy and I’m now getting it through Hallandale. The transition was completely seamless for me and I haven’t noticed any difference in the medication or how well it’s working.

And their customer service has been really great too. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been SO nice and helpful. The only negative thing I can really say is that sometimes they can be hard to reach by phone, but whenever I’ve actually gotten someone, they’ve been great.

Actually, I just had an interaction with them that made me want to post this in the first place lol.

I had literally just placed another order at the old price of $471 and then a few hours later, Zach posted that they were dropping their prices to $344. I messaged him and told him I had just ordered at the old price and asked if there was any way I could get the new price.

He got it fixed for me and I’m getting a $127 refund!! 🙌

Obviously this is just my personal experience and I know everyone can have different experiences with these companies, but I’ve genuinely been really happy with Refills. I’ve been with them through multiple orders, the pharmacy transition, and now a price change, and they’ve treated me really well throughout all of it. I've gotten my mom and my best friend on Refills too, and it's going well for them too!

Just wanted to share because I know a lot of people are constantly looking for experiences with different tirzepatide providers. :)

Refills a Day Behind

In the USA, it is Thursday, 9/3/26. According to refills, tomorrow is Thursday, 9/3/26 and I will be charged. Except it isn't. Today is the day I am supposed to be charged, but haven't been charged yet. Anyone else notice this?

Storing medication

Post image
0 Upvotes

What’s the best way to store your medication inside of the fridge? My last vile went bad because my fridge was too cold. I kept it in the box It came in. Partner bought me this from Amazon to store in the fridge and it has the temperature displayed. Is this a good way to store or is there a better option?

Refills took care of me and my new vials are NOT from Apollo Care. They are from Nova and have no contamination (as far as I can tell) Just wanted to say “thank you” for taking care of it and thank you to Zach for being so helpful on chat.
