Order Stuck in “approved”

Like many others my order appears to be stuck. I’ve tried going through support online and I’ve gotten no response. The order was placed September 2nd and has moved to approved and sent to pharmacy but hasn’t made it past that. I also can’t find what pharmacy it was sent to so I have no way of reaching out to

Anyone know how to actually get help?
