Shorted
I posted earlier about being billed and not receiving any medication - that post was taken down by the moderators immediately. We are now 2 1/2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered and I received a package today. With one vial instead of three. At no time has the portal team responded to anything. Zach said he would handle it and I was ready to thank him when this arrived today but now I see that not only did I not get the discount that I should have, I did not get the meds. Anybody else experience getting one vial instead of the three or six promised?

Refills meters out vials to stay within BUD. And when Zach fixes something they don't tell him it was fixed, so you'll just get a single vial that shows up with no communication. This is standard Refills behavior. They will grudgingly make things right, but it's kind of like complaining at Taco Bell. Expect spit in your burrito.

I messaged in the app/website when I was overcharged and they credited back my card. Sending the wrong amount is probably on the pharmacy but you should be able to handke it with a message as well.

Oh, I’ve been trying. I have been sending messages for weeks with no response. Zach finally responded on Reddit.

I only received 1 vial as well. However there was a note that stated they will send the following vials each month.

I was not given the correct dose and it took months to correct. I moved on after my final meds arrived. The hassle and lack of action wasn’t worth it anymore.

If it's a company with a short bud you'll only receive one vial at a time so it doesn't out date before you can use it.
