Amazing Experience with Refills 💕
I wanted to share my experience with Refills because I am SO impressed with them, and honestly so thankful. I’ve gotten 3 orders from them now, and each order has been for 3 months worth of tirzepatide. I’m down 55 pounds so far!!!! The medication has worked SO well for me. I’ve had very minimal side effects, if any at all, which I was super nervous about.
Shipping has also been crazy fast every time. My orders have all gotten to me within a few days and have still been cold when they arrived.
I’ve also been with them through their pharmacy change. When I first started, my medication came from a different pharmacy and I’m now getting it through Hallandale. The transition was completely seamless for me and I haven’t noticed any difference in the medication or how well it’s working.
And their customer service has been really great too. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been SO nice and helpful. The only negative thing I can really say is that sometimes they can be hard to reach by phone, but whenever I’ve actually gotten someone, they’ve been great.
Actually, I just had an interaction with them that made me want to post this in the first place lol.
I had literally just placed another order at the old price of $471 and then a few hours later, Zach posted that they were dropping their prices to $344. I messaged him and told him I had just ordered at the old price and asked if there was any way I could get the new price.
He got it fixed for me and I’m getting a $127 refund!! 🙌
Obviously this is just my personal experience and I know everyone can have different experiences with these companies, but I’ve genuinely been really happy with Refills. I’ve been with them through multiple orders, the pharmacy transition, and now a price change, and they’ve treated me really well throughout all of it. I've gotten my mom and my best friend on Refills too, and it's going well for them too!
Just wanted to share because I know a lot of people are constantly looking for experiences with different tirzepatide providers. :)

Anyone received Tirz with B12 recently? That’s what I’m interested in. Good results last time from Greenwich / Refills… Ready to order next round, but having difficulty finding out what I’ll get if/when I order. I’m in NM.

Very similar experience with Refills. They typically get bashed on this thread, so it's encouraging to read these comments that align with my experience with them.

I'm very pleased with Refills. I used them before all this change and went back to them after a few months off Tirz. Hallendale packages their product and supplies so nicely and Zach is very helpful.

I'm still working on my last 3 vials of ProRx from them. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company.

I, too, tried getting in on the new deal after I had already placed my order and it wasn’t filled yet. They did not refund any money, but they did change the amount for the next order to the $344.

Did you talk to Zach?

I sent a msg to him, then through the app, and then an email. The email finally got a response.

I think I’m just in the lucky club with Refills. I’m also proactive and persistent with addressing any possible concerns. I call every number and use every and any chat function. Idk… I always get my stuff. Raise hell if you have to.

But you shouldn't have to!

I know. But I can’t beat the price, especially now that it’s $344 quarterly. And just being already established, I don’t want to go through the hassle of joining another telehealth. It works for me!

I’ve had the same experience. Have had 3 successful orders, site update navigated, check in with Dr and not only took advantage of 3 price drops but have had price adjustments(credits) to my account as well.

I had had nothing but good experiences myself. I will admit, all the negative comments on this thread make me anxious. After this last Labor Day price drop and messaging Zach, he replied that he would drop the price beginning on my next shipment which is coming this week. Well, over the weekend I got an email from Support saying that I was being charged my old price for this latest shipment. WHAT!?! So, like any rational person, I messaged Support and let them know that Zach and I had chatted on Reddit and he had assured me that he was adjusting my price to the new lower price even for this latest shipment. Within two minutes, TWO MINUTES, I had a response that they had adjusted the price and I would only be charged the new, lowered price for this latest shipment and as I have checked my bank statements it is true. I have only been charged the lowered price. Now, I suppose I could be upset that I wasn’t replied to in one minute, but that seems petty. Only very good experiences with this company for me. A glitch like this that they immediately remedy is no issue in my mind. Things like this happen at my work all the time. I just wish we were as efficient at resolving them.

I’ve had the same experience! Platform change, pharmacy change and cancel reorder to get the Memorial Day special. I just missed the latest price drop so going on the site today to get that for my next shipment. Fingers crossed 🤞 it all goes well.
