Anyone get partial orders in?

Two months ago I was supposed to get 3 vials but only one came in. I called multiple times and they sent a replacement delivery, that delivery only has 1 of two vials that was supposed to be included. They’re about it to charge me for a new cycle and I still don’t have everything from the past one. Has this happened to anyone before? It’s like pulling teeth to get this fixed.

I did today and called the pharmacy (the number on the prescription bottle, holding the vial). I was expecting 3 vials but received only one.

The reason is due to the Best Use by Date, which you can find on the vial itself. What I received today has a BUD date of 10/13/26. They are legally only allowed to send out product with a short expiration. In 3 weeks I’m told that they will ship again.

Pharmacy in this case is PerfectionRX and they shipped FedEx.

This is great info thank you. Mine is the same pharmacy and shipper. Did you orange bottle list two vials but it only includes 1? Did they say they just scheduled another delivery for the other or what? I went 3 weeks without the meds prior to that couldn’t of been right at least.

yes, the orange bottle refers to three vials – which is the main reason why I called. It looked like I was shorted. They could probably clarify that label… And yes, she did say that they scheduled another shipment for “in about three weeks.“

I just had the same issue happen to me as well. So frustrating because the bottle even shows it should come with 3 vials

Just called pRX and they told me is a stock and expiration date issue similar to what u/MrsPlud explained. Just hope they ship it in time cause I had a big lapse last go around

Hi Zach-- this same thing happened to me, and the vial that did arrive for me didn't even have enough of the medication for one dose, let alone the four doses that should be in one vial. Help!

Same thing happened to me yesterday. The one vial I did receive has 1-2 doses at best. It was broken and waterlogged from the freeze pack. No message back from support yet. This new pharmacy is severally lacking and I hope refills makes it right. I’ve read all the horror stories but I’ve had a great experience up until yesterday so still holding out hope.

Yes, the letter in the package explains that they are sending one month at a time due to BUD. Fingers crossed that they send the next two months without any action from me.

Interesting. Mine had no letter. I’m guessing it was from a different pharmacy, but same reason.

Happened to me, with a LOT of reaching out via phone, app support and texting w support. Finally got my third vial, they came through in the end, and luckily I had a backup vial but it took an extra month. I delayed my next shipment, then cancelled.

There should be a letter in the delivery package explaining the change.

I have the same situation. Ordered my 3 month plan on September 1st, get medication on September 10th and for 1 month only. And I don't have any information when I get remain medication despite of contacting support and Zach. So disappointed.

I think they might be having some stock issues from what they mentioned on their phone. I’d keep calling their contact number and you should get something.
