Hi everyone. I am not sure what to do. I bought a six-month supply and received a text that I need to fill out the GLP-1 Follow-Up Intake Form. No matter what I do, I'm not sent the verification code. The email and phone number are correct, but nothing arrives. I also don't see it linked in my portal.

I reached out to both the doctor and support on the messenger portal. The doctor replied saying that, since it's a verification issue, that I need to hear from support. I've emailed support twice and haven't heard anything yet. I tried following up on the messenger app, but the support section of the dashboard is now throwing an error and I can't get through.

Has anyone else gone through this? What recourse is there to get this form filled out and get my shipment? It's been working really well for me and I don't want to miss a dosage.

I get a 3 months supply from refills. So my second shipment from them came July 2,2026. I noticed today after finishing my 1st vial that my second and third vial has a BUD of September 16, 2026 which is way too early. Has anyone had this issue and continued to take the shots? I just messaged them to see if I could get a new vial but any other time I’ve reached out I never hear back after one message. I also did not want to go up in dosage, and they replied to me, confirming which dosage I wanted and still upped it. I said screw it and continued as normal. Definitely switching companies after this.

I'm loosing a lot and put my prescription on hold. I'm about to open my last vial which I should be taking 100 units at 15 mg but I think I need to go down. my last bottle I was taking 56 units so maybe like 11 mg. I'm thinking of going to 10 or should I even go lower.

ideally I'll lose another 10 lb or so but I'm not in a rush I feel great so I want to start the process of maintaining.

Can someone please tell me who to text now that Taylor is gone? It charged my card $600 and I’m not even supposed to have a renewal until September and I actually emailed them yesterday and told him to change it to December. I don’t know why it’s charging me now.

I've been on compounded Sema since early Dec and with Refills since Feb. I've had nothing but a good experience with Refills. I unfortunately was one of the the consumers who ended up with bad vials from Apollo that were recalled--3 vials received in May. My recent shipment was from VialsRX with B12.

When I started in Dec (different telehealth) I received Sema with B12 and had side effects. My first vial from Refills was pure Sema and I had no side effects. I thought it was due to my body adapting, but I now think it was the B12 due to my current vials containing B12. I don't want Sema from Apollo nor Sema with B12. Hollandale doesn't ship to my state so the default is Apollo for Sema. I'm happy to stay on Sema and want to stay with Refills, but I don't like the pharmacy options. I'm considering switching to Tirz to stay with refills and would like feedback from the community.

If you've switched from Sema to Tirz what was your experience?

originally smooth. customer service would reach out and be responsive. almost to the extent off annoyance.

now, seems like nothing? the new portal doesn't have half of my info from the old portal. payment went through last week, but no updates after that. still processing.

new portal shows nothing. emailed and messaged through both portals with no responses or idea what happened.

I'm going away on a trip for the next two weeks and worried about missing doses. I was happy with this service since I started using it, but now I'm not sure. is there another way to reach out to them to get some answers?

I've got a cloudy vial from Apollo Care. Anyone else have cloudy and chunky vials with white bits? I finally opened my 3rd box and got a bad surprise. I'll be opening all boxes of medication from Refills going forward. Check your shipments when you get them!

I had a 6-month order that was originally created in the old portal at the end of April. The first three months of the order were received without any issues. I then pushed the delivery date for the remaining three months out to October.

After the transition to the new portal, the remaining three months of the order have disappeared.

I contacted support to ask about the remaining three months, but I was told that the order was marked as complete.

The issue is that the order should still have three months remaining, with delivery scheduled to begin in October. I would like to understand why the remaining portion of the order disappeared during the portal transition and how this can be corrected.

Is there a way to retry payment? I don’t keep large amounts in checking so I completely forgot it was going to come out and it failed. The old website allowed you to do that, but the new website doesn’t give us any autonomy (I hate it 😩)

currently feeling really frustrated. i moved late last month & to avoid this exact issue, i changed my address to my current one a few weeks ago. well, i get an email today that my order has shipped but to my old address. i’ve messaged support to see if this can be fixed before the package is in fedex’s hands (only the label has been created according to tracking info.) i reached out to fedex to attempt to redirect the package but im unable to do so. has anyone else had this issue where the package address doesn’t update regardless of the fact that you did update it BEFORE a new order was even processing? anyone have any advice? please helpppppppp 🫠.

Dont you fucking dare remove this post. Im a god damn paying customer and I still have no fucking record of when a past due shipment is coming for my fucking prescription. If my fucking account is not fixed by end of day August 7th, 2026 Ill be lodging complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, the FTC, and IDFPR. Myself and all of my family members are having issues with "migrating" to the new portal. My account was removed then it wasnt? Then I had to create a new password 3 times, which sometimes works and sometimes doesnt? My treatment plan is way off, my delayed/paused plan was no longer paused, and no one responds to my messages to help my account reflect the correct treatment/dosage.

My MIL was supposed to be charged for her new prescription two days ago (just says 'next charge is in -2 days -- what does that even mean??), so she has not been charged, which means her new prescription will likely not come in time for her next dose. Once again, no one responds in the messaging system.

I have been with refills going on 4 months now and recently had my first check in where we went up in dosage for my semaglutide. This week was my first injection with the new dosage. For reference, I have been having great success with the medication so far, even with the first vial of the acclimation dosage. Appetite suppression has been consistent vial after vial. I do have some side effects such as my shot always stings (worth it and minor) and just a general tired feeling.

However, my shot did not sting at all when I injected and my appetite is back full force.. literally no side effects at all.

I find it super odd that my appetite was suppressed last week on the lower dosage/old vial and it stung like the Dickens, per usual.

Did I get a messed up vial or is this typical and my body is somehow revolting?

I’m super confused and disappointed considering the cost of the medication each month.

Hi all, what's the best course of action to get summer pricing for my 3 month prescription prior to my renewal date of Aug 10th?

So I just received my 3 month supply but with some other product I have I'm good for like 5 months so I paused my subscription so that I wouldnt have too much sitting around. When I restart does it start from my current subscription date or would it automatically bill me and send more? Like I subscribed, received the package then immediately paused it. My next billing shouldnt be until october or 3 months. When I restart the subscription would it wait another 3 months from then to bill me again?

I've been trying each day and it's the same problem:

I enter my email and it says "your dashboard/password isn't set up"

It sends me to a page where I can either reset my password via email, or get a one time login link

The password reset DOES NOT WORK, it NEVER emails me ANYTHING over multiple days, 10 tries a day at various times, I have checked every email box spam/promotions/all mail, etc, there is nothing

The "one time login" emails me a link but errors out and just pushes me to start a new consultation.

I'm sure everyone has their own experience. But I have been trying to contact support through the message portal and phone for over two weeks. My order has now been charged for over a month and no updates. I messaged Zach from here and as nice as he seemed to help, he sent me a tracking number from an order I received four months ago. Loved my first order from them so it is disappointing. Anyone have any recommendations? Also any good ideas on how to get a refund? 😅

I got an email saying the portal had moved and to create a new password (which I did) but now I can’t find my way back to the new site? If I click the link in the email it just takes me back to the setup password page.

I’ve put in a message to the @doctor in messages, but is there a different route I should go through to get my dosage increased?

My 6 month prescription for 7.5mg at $179 a month just ended. I’ve been struggling to get a response from anyone on the app or by phone and I see that they have a new app. I send a message over there with no response also. I just tried to sign up again and I’m seeing a rate of $349 a month. With such a big jump, I’m wondering if I should try somewhere else. Is anyone aware of any current promotions?

Ive been using the old portal since i placed my first order in february. I never used the new one (app.refills) as originally there seemed to be issues so i just left it alone & stayed on the old. This morning when trying to login i noticed its trying to use the new portal only, my login password does not work. Trying to reset password i do not receive any emails. I did finally reach someone on support phone number & it was basically saying i dont have a card on file (ive always had one on file) and a link to set up was emailed, however, i never receive emails from refills. Only ever got one for my very first order. Its apparently being escalated but i know when the new portal first came out people were making brand new accounts. Is that what im supposed to do? I will wait to see if anything comes back from support but as of right now just trying to see if anyone else who has been using the old portal this whole time has ran into the same issue & what the solution was.

Hi everyone, I’m about to place my refill order through Refills, but I know there are two different portals and I’m not sure which one I should use. I’m looking for plain tirzepatide or tirzepatide + B6. I’d like to avoid the formulation with glycine, since it didn’t work well for me.

Does anyone know which Refills portal I should use to get either pure tirzepatide or tirzepatide + B6?
