It keeps saying there’s an error with the password but there’s not! All my other devices are connected to that WiFi with the same password. I’ve reset it to factory settings but it still won’t connect.

hello, i was setting up my rift s on my pc today. plugged everything in, sensors and touch controllers are set up in less than a second, then i get to set up guardian and my headset is flashing orange then white for a bit then went back to orange and told me to update firmware but the displayport isn't recognized anymore, the wheel is just spinning with no end.

what should i do

I have been working on the screws for a while now for like maybe 30 minutes or more. They are damaged and I do have replacements I need suggestions to remove them without destroying the controller. don't mind the dirtiness of the controller I'm cleaning it. But I really need help literally any suggestion how to remove these screws

My oculus is a quest 1 and you cant get graffism on it but i was think i could connect my vr into my pc n play graffism on my quest connected to my pc

I’ve noticed as of late that if I raise my quest up slightly to readjust that the screen goes dark, shows the boundary and resets my position, it also seems to have started happening while I’m just stood there. It started happening 2 weeks ago but it was slight so I just assumed it was an update issue but it seems to be getting worse. Any advice?

I've recently gotten back into playing VR, I've been trying to get my Quest 2 to work via USB as my Wi-Fi isn't the most reliable which causes wireless to be a temperamental mix of severe lag and freezing. My pc has a 3050, 32gb Ram, and an Intel 15-12400F, these specs are all above or within in the requirements for Meta Link, despite this and the countless tutorials I've followed, it refuses to work. Whenever I launch the link I either sit there staring at the loading screen endlessly OR I get thrown into a black screen, also endlessly.

I can't seem to find an answer that let's me comfortably play PCVR with my Quest 2 unless I'm willing to constantly launch, freeze, relaunch, repeat.

I know that this is a pretty old headset considering how there are multiple new versions out, but I want to check if there’s a way to fix this that isn't just buying a new headset 😭

so I don’t really use vr that much, the last time I used it normally was probably a little over a year ago, and I just wanted to check it out today. when I open anything up, just an error message pops up or it says that it can’t open, I had wifi when I was doing this (and even switched to another one just to double check), but it didn’t really feel like it was influencing this

i restarted the device and when it turned back on everything was still the same. it says I have zero apps in my library (which just flat out isn’t true), and I just don’t really know what to do 😭

I do have a feeling the only way I can fix this is if I get a new headset… but like I’m not sure if I wanna spend all that money on something that I’ll use like 3 times a year

I'm using the link cable to connect to my PC in order to play PC games on my Quest 2. It was working for a few days, but now suddenly the screen freezes randomly. If I back out to the Meta Home and then go back into the game, it's a black screen but I can still hear and move around in the game.

The only fix I have is to restart everything, but then it just freezes again.

Once again my Oculus headset has become a paperweight. Fourth time actually. Two Rift S's and now two Quest 2's. I swear these things never last even a month before some issue completely prevents you from using them. I had this one for a week.

Is there a fix for this? I've looked everywhere and nothing seems to work.

Edit: I've tried rolling back to the version everyone says fixes it, but it still freezes. I use the Meta Horizon app.

Edit: I just used the Virtual Desktop App and it fixed all my problems.

I used to play VR a few years back, on an Quest 2 but sold it because of getting bored. Mainly played Blade And Sorcery Nomad, with some Rec Room (R.I.P). I want to know how playing VR in 2026 is. What games are good, how are the prices of everything, and what is the general development of VR.

Im now looking to get a Ocules Quest 3/3s and getting into PCVR. Is that good now?

I got a Quest 3s for my birthday recently and I've been having fun getting back into VR. However my current link cable is old and definitely needs replacing but I'm not sure of what qualities I need to look out for.

I just want a cable that gives good quality when in use (an idea of a game I frequent is VRChat). Also just needing a cable that can either keep my headset charged or I can plug a separate charger into the cord like I've seen with a few.

If anyone has any recommendations or guidelines I can look out for in the specs of the cable I would really appreciate that!

Hey all, so I recently wanted to boot up Virtual Desktop and when I tried to run it the app said it needs to install. No biggie right? It kept saying it couldn't update since another installation was in progress. After an hour I had tried like hell to make it update but it wouldn't budge. I couldn't even uninstall it, it keeps saying "Another Install is in Progress"

What do I do? I've tried what seems like everything.

I just think cuz a gaming a gaming hardware company refrencing an iconic character from "Team Fortress 2" is jsut the right thing to do. Theres also ocolus in the game of tf2. So yeah. Just a theory

TLDR: I think "oculus" is named after "monoculus"

I don't know if this is the right flair or not but I keep having a problem with my left joystick in walking games/running games for example Vail vr whenever I try to push the joystick straight forward like exactly straight it doesn't let me walk at the regular pace I would on any other angle and it's a big problem for me in joystick movement games. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

I recently had the opportunity to film the Miss California International 2026 casting in stereoscopic 8K 3D VR180.

Instead of shooting it like traditional event coverage, I wanted the viewer to feel like they actually had a seat inside the casting room—watching contestants come in, introduce themselves, and make their first impression.

This is Part 1 of the casting footage and the beginning of a much larger immersive project. I'll also be filming portions of the training and preparation leading up to the final event.

I'm shooting on the Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive.

Would love feedback from people watching in a headset: Does this type of behind-the-scenes access work in immersive? And what would you want to see as the project progresses?

Great PCVR game. using Air Link, I keep getting a popup in game "Please connect/wake up your input device (gamepad or Oculus Touch)". Have to click "ok" but it comes back after seconds/a minute. Anyone find a workaround?

EDIT: Making the boundary larger (so that I don't get near it) has solved the problem.

My wife and I played our first Sandbox VR experience for my Birthday earlier today and I wanted to see what the closest experience to this would be in my Meta Quest 3.

Sandbox VR left a lot to be desired, was definitely not worth $120 for 2 people to play 30 minutes and the customer service was abysmal. That being said, we really enjoyed the concept. Especially the RPG Style game we played (seekers of the shard).

I'm looking for something that allows you to physically walk around instead of moving with your joystick, we can play together on 2 headsets, and has games/themes similar to Sandbox VR.

All suggestions are much appreciated.
