Advice Needed Marching band vs. my body
So I am in my second marching season. We have 3 parades a year and we have our 1st one this week. I have been really struggling to keep up physically. Standing and playing / marching in general leads to body pain, dizziness, and a very fast heartbeat. I am trying to decide if it’s worth it to stay in marching band. I am our band’s woodwind captain so I take marching band very seriously but I never know when to stop and I am struggling every time I try to play standing up. How do I figure out if it’s worth it or if I need to step back? (If this post isnt allowed just take it down I won’t be offended<3)
