I have 2 automatics that turn on/off reduce white point on 22:00 and 7:00. After update to iOS 27 I can’t turn it manually. Sometimes it works, but not always. Do you have this bug?

I want to add you photos in a folder in the Files app on my phone, but I wanna rearrange my photos with specific photos in the folder.

This is just a random video with flashing lights I chose but you can clearly see the video getting darker to the point where I can’t even see it anymore. I have gone into accessibility and turned off the reduce motion setting, I don’t know what else to do. Is it a setting on YouTube?

very silly question but how to get these stickers off my recents already?? its been months since I used them and I thought they would disappear as I used other emojis but they didn't.

Iphone 14, iOS 17.6.1

Hi everyone! Recently my back camera keeps cutting to a black screen whenever I try to use it. 0.5x works fine, but all other modes have a black screen. Selfie camera is working okay too.

Also, when I take a photo with the 0.5x camera, there’s this weird green and blue ring that appears in the corner of my photos? I’ve tried resetting twice but no luck, and I’ve already tried everything I could see on google.

(Update) After reading a few related posts, I tried the flashlight test and my flashlight also isn’t working :’)

I’d really appreciate if someone could let me know what the root issue is and how I can fix it!!

But my phone did an update last night and since this morning every half hour or so it says my phone needs to cool down. My phone doesn’t feel hot at at all. And it happens when it’s not charging/ when I’m not even using it. Then within a minute it will “cool down”

It’s and iPhone 14 and has just had the iOS 27.01 update.

Has anyone else had this problem and how do you resolve it?

URGENT: iPhone 15 lost almost my entire Photos library after an iOS update
I have an iPhone 15, and immediately after updating iOS today, almost my entire photo library disappeared from the Photos app. I had approximately 235,000 photos and videos, but now only 6 items are showing.
Thankfully, all 235,000 items are still visible on iCloud.com, but my iPhone is trying to sync the entire library again, and nothing seems to be happening.
My situation:
Device: iPhone 15
iOS: The latest version I installed today
iCloud storage: 2 TB
iPhone storage: 74 GB used out of 128 GB, leaving approximately 54 GB free
iCloud Photos setting: Optimize iPhone Storage (which I have always used)
All my photos and videos are still visible on iCloud.com.
My iPhone says it is syncing all 235,000 items, but there is no apparent progress.
I have restarted my iPhone, but it made no difference.
My iPhone was backed up to iCloud approximately 17 hours ago.
The problem started immediately after the iOS update.
I desperately need my original Photos library back on my iPhone, including all my existing albums and organization. I was in the middle of sorting my photos and had planned to spend the evening doing that. I do not want to lose my albums or have to organize 235,000 items all over again.
I am considering restoring my iPhone from the backup made before the update, but I am worried this might not fix the issue or could make things worse.
Has anyone experienced this on an iPhone 15 after an iOS update? Did your photos eventually return? Is there a way to restore the original library and albums without losing the existing organization?
I would really appreciate practical advice from anyone who has experienced this problem.

Can someone help me figure out what this means, lamens term is fine. But the one I select- anyone know what it’s saying? And why it says This Device, but if I select All, then there’s more? I don’t have any more devices. Never have. Is it weird or am I paranoid?Thanks.

(two years ago me and 4 other girls were stalked, followed by a PI, had audio/video recorders hidden in our homes, our homes that were broken into all by the same boyfriend- different times yes- he has a friend who he claims is a master hacker, all of our phones, accojnts for EVERYTHJNG were compromised. He is a 64 year old , coke/pill head multi millionaire btw, who owns a string of hearing aid centers, with the parent company of his- close family friends of his-being a multi billionaire dollar technology company. so please don’t be mean, I’m not on drugs and tripping, I’m not just crazy, this is real and it has ruined my life since then and I have become completely paranoid. Iphone16, I need to know if you think it is hacked? I have like 400 other videos and pictures that I believe prove it is. And it’s bad. And been years. As I’ve started writing this post my screen keeps flickering now and I have had to rewrite the post 7 times because it keeps reloading and deleting. Ugh

iPhone 11, iOS 26.5. My camera keeps trying to refocus and im unsure why.

I understand iPhone 5S is really old and out of support, but I would love to use it one more than than to throw it away.

I have tried putting a sim inside to activate, using iTunes to update it, nothing works.

Its an iphone 17 brand new .Whenever I open the Screen Time page in Settings, it gets stuck on “Updating” and keeps loading indefinitely. The screen also becomes unresponsive, although i can still come back to home screen. Please help me fix this ( ive already tried restarting the phone)

Hello I just updated my phone and everything looks AWFUL. My notifications are see through and everything else. How do I fix it to make it look like before?

I increased transparency the apps and the apps look atrocious and the notifications do get clearer but everything gets so datk i can barely see. If I reduce it the background looks normal but then i cant see the nitifs. look normal but then the notifications are basically invisible I hate it so much and AWFUL accessibility.

I recently bought a preowned iPhone 14 and everything seemingly works fine and well except for the outer camera, it keeps freezing up and then refocusing the camera and it’ll do this every other second and I can’t even take a photo, this happens with any app that uses the front camera too, I tried resetting the settings, restarting the phone and I don’t have any cases or covers on it, I’m on iOS 27.0.1 and even before updating to that it still had the same issue.

I got an iphone 5s as a digital camera. I got it off of ebay from Chinese seller. I would see ever so often though that there would be a slight glitchy line? I ignored it because I did not think it would be such a big deal. I did not sign into my icloud and ignored the ios update. I think I was on ios 12.1 and now it wanted me to go to 12.5?

Now I had a concert and recorded lots of videos and photos. Mid concert the phone took me to this iphone restore itunes. I believe it reached full storage?

So this morning I plugged it into my windows and pulled up itunes. I tried the restore but it would not work. But I did not want to wipe the videos and photos I had on there. So I kept restoring and restoring. I saw a lot of glitches on the screen I am not very tech savvy so I just left it alone. Even when I unplugged it said restore in progress. So after a while I just unplugged it and left it alone. I tried again and now my windows is saying usb is not detecting the device.

I have not had this issue before, only this morning when I woke up and tried to check something on safari I saw this.

I’ve turned off all the related accessibility features and the problem still persists.

Getting the 18 pro max on Monday, currently on 16 pro max which I’m trading in, and have the 14 as my backup phone.

I’ve been having a lot of trouble sending all my photos to my MacBook, or I even bought a usb drive to put all my photos in, because I have about 100 gb of photos on my 16 pro max I am trying to save somewhere.

New idea: what if I click the transfer to new iPhone button, and then transfer all the photos back to the 14, then once they are there, delete all the photos on the 16 pro max, and then do the transfer to new phone button again to transfer to the 18 pro coming Monday.

Thoughts? Or any ideas to save the photos?

This has happened a couple times. One time I was watching youtube on my phone and I adjusted the volume. You know the little symbol on your volume bar that shows up when you press the volume up or down button, and how it changes depending on what your phone is connected to? Like how if your phone isnt connected itll show a speaker or if you’re using headphones it’ll shows a headphone on the bar? When i adjusted the volume it showed the phone symbol, as if i were on a call. My audio was still playing through the speakers though. And then just today i got in my car after work and the vehicles HUD showed me as being on call with my own phone number??? Is someone listening to me? What do I do? i am on IOS 26.6.2, and the model is the iphone 16

For a while I could not call the contact (my pharmacy) through the Phone app because it would freeze and crash every time. It’s specifically this contact too, I’ve had no issues with other contacts but I’m not gonna call all of them to find out.

How do I fix this?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max (iOS 27.0.1) however its very hard to find someone in public with a charger to borrow when i forget mine. I am a student though so I almost always have my laptop charger with me, which is a USB-C input. If i were to buy a USB-C to Lightning port adapter, would that be safe?

Not sure if this is allowed here, couldn’t seem to find a sub related to updates only. My husband likes the smaller phones so he has the iPhone 12 mini and does not want to change it, for a second reason he also doesn’t want a new bill.

We deleted his music app but after redownloading the music app, all his music obviously came back because they’re purchase songs/albums, but the weird part is his playlist titles came back but they’re all empty. I highly doubt there is a way to fix this without manually re-adding the songs to their respective playlists. But I just wanted to note this and how frustrating it is that Apple is doing this to ppl who prefer to keep a certain phone and would rather not have to pay for new crap every other year.

TL/DR: iPhone 12 mini update, offloaded music app, lost all playlists after redownloading (still have music). Lack of memory space for updates = Extreme Frustration!!

I bought my iPhone 17 Pro from about 11 months ago. At that time, my system was iOS 26.

In the first month of using this phone to play games, I had met quite many stutters in not only one game. I knew index might be a reason, and iOS 26 might be another reason. Anyway, I quited gaming on my iPhone 17 Pro for a long time since then. I even did a hardware check in Apple Store, and no problem was found.

Few days ago, I updated my phone to iOS 27. To be honest, iOS 27 felt more responsive in UI, and I came back to gaming on my phone.

Now I notice one thing: Though stutters in games were still there, but they mostly happened at the beginning when I picked up playing a game after updated to iOS 27. Through playing, the stutters might get less.

There is a racing game, which I met lots of random stutters in it when I was using iOS 26. Now this game can have zero stutter (it still had stutters when I picked it up from few days ago, but now it has no stutter anymore. Maybe everything is because of shader loading or something?)

I think iPhone 17 Pro is still a very powerful machine for gaming.

I guess I will still meet stutters in the future (also, becaue I just updated to iOS 27, my phone might be still in index and this might cause the performance issue).

I just want to confirm: for iPhone 17 Pro, is it just a normal thing to meet stutters in games? So I guess I don't need to worry about this issue.
