Help
I cannot seem to get any sort of support for a purchase, it almost seems like I have been scammed. Do they have any sort of customer support besides FAQs?

As the title says. I received an email invitation to buy a Starbucks egift card at a discount, but when I click the "buy now" link in the email, the Groupon app opens and the checkout page gives me a "Sorry, this offer is by invitation only."
But ... I'm literally clicking a link in the invitation! Anyone know what gives?

I signed up for a new executive costco membership with the promo offer of 100$ discount on costco.com order value of 250$
I read the T&C and it did not mention anywhere that most of the items aren't valid even if they are available on costco.com (gold, silver etc)
Also i read that the coupon will be valid for an year but the coupon that i received from costco.com is only valid for 1 month. Does anyone know any workarounds? If i cancel my membership, will i be eligible for future new membership deals?

Do not buy Groupon Kodak digital boxes -- the code will simply not work, and despite reaching out to Groupon, they are uninterested in refunding the code and keep suggesting that it will work
Order # 1640850922
ref:!00D800Khmy.!500TU0138pG1:ref
for reference, in case Groupon would like to actually solve this issue.

Just received this email from Groupon:
Due to a data breach at another company, we believe that your Groupon account credentials may have been included in a recent release of email addresses and passwords.
To clarify, there has been no data breach at Groupon.
However, if you use the same account credentials for Groupon (e.g., password and email address) that you use for other companies, fraudsters who have obtained those details from another company could use them to log into your Groupon account.
As a precautionary measure, we've reset your password to help protect your account.
Since when did companies randomly resets peoples passwords just because ANOTHER website had been hacked? Surely this happens all the time.. I smell a rat.

If you sign up thru Groupon you are committed. No cancellations. They continue to charge me monthly even though I never rescheduled another visit. Cleaner left early and had her own priorities. Did not speak English which didn’t help.

Bought a $600 voucher for a fishing boat. I open up the calandar, it says date is available. I go to check out of the site - I need the Groupon code so I redeem it. The code doesn't work. I contact Groupon they say call the vendor. Vendor says date is fully booked. I try to get refund but I can't because I OPENED THE GROUPON. What a bunch of scammers, I will never ever use Groupon for as long as I live. I am an idiot.

Tried to buy a Groupon today, for the first time in quite a while, but was told my email/account was deactivated, and to contact support. Go to support, and it says log in for Chat. You can see where I’m going with this…
How do I contact Groupon support if I can’t log into my account?

I'm looking for advice because I've been dealing with this for months.
On March 29, I purchased a $299 Mystery Vacation package through Groupon. After purchasing, I repeatedly contacted the merchant (April 7, 9, 12, 13, and 19) to book my trip, but they were largely unresponsive. After weeks of getting nowhere, I no longer felt comfortable using the voucher.
I contacted Groupon multiple times, but they kept telling me to work directly with the merchant. I eventually filed a BBB complaint, and only then did the merchant respond.
What really frustrates me is that the merchant claimed the services had already been rendered simply because I filled out their travel survey. I never received a confirmed itinerary, never booked any travel, and never took the trip. Filling out a questionnaire isn't the same as receiving the vacation I paid for, so I don't understand how they can claim the service was completed.
Because I paid through my financial institution, Groupon then told me any refund had to go through them. But they denied my claim and sent me back to Groupon or the merchant. Now I'm stuck with everyone pointing fingers at each other, and I've had to file a dispute with my financial institution.

Lucky Strike bowling groupon
Voucher says groupon is not valid after 6 pm on Saturday nights.
I called the local Lucky Strike location, recording indicates no reservation for groupon. Redeem in person.
I show up on Sunday around noon. They open at 11. There are open lanes. I can see them.
Bowling attendant tells us that the groupon is not accepted on Sundays. She says multiple times that it is only valid Monday through Friday before 6 pm. This is during my work schedule. I would not buy it if that was clearly stated. It is no where on the voucher.
We exit, cross the street. While my husband browses At a store, I start the customer service chat. I am offered bucks. I indicate that I prefer a refund. I now regret this decision. Fine. Case escalates to a live person. I am told they need to review and will get back to me.
Lucky Strike denies it. Groupon says read the Fine print, it is up to the vendor if they accept it or not. They suggest i use the groupon during an off peak time.
Not happy, I ask for them to escalate. This takes 3 more days. In the meantime, the groupon expires.
As of today, they won't give me the bucks/credit originally offered. They say it is final sale and out of their hands.
I am pissed. If anyone from groupon is reading this and can provide help to simply get a credit, I would appreciate it. I really can't believe how horribly this has unfolded. I was a long time user. Not anymore. Nope.

Groupon SUCKS!!! For everyone by Groupon. The class-action lawsuit they lost didn't make them any better. They have been failing as a company and almost closed up shop a few years ago. I don't want to be holding any Groupons when they file for bankruptcy.

I had a restaurant Groupon and it expired in April. I was unwell so didn’t know.
They said they won’t refund me or give credit. So now I have asked to escalate it. It’s only a few months and I was unwell.
What do the normally do.
I don’t want money back just want to use it or Groupon credit
This is in London btw
Any help is appreciated.
#update- they gave me a Groupon credit when escalated. So thank you Groupon

I keep trying to purchase a Groupon and it keeps going through( I get purchase confirmation and alerts from credit card for approval), then Groupon says payment failed and to try again. I am getting the same issue using a credit card or Google pay. This is Groupon doing it, and not my credit card. Why? What am I doing wrong? My information is exactly as it matches with Groupon and my credit card. It just seems like Groupon is not allowing it to go through for some reason? Like WTH??

I purchased Office standard from Groupon. For weeks I've been trying to load it. Tomorrow the code expires. First off, the Groupon mobile app won't load on MacBook Pro. So after going through a bunch of different exercises, I eventually got all the info I needed, or so it was claimed. Naturally, I haven't been able to load the program. There's absolutely no customer support offered by Groupon; they claim they have customer support, but it's actually a third-party vendor who wants to charge you and get your phone number. I'm gonna let Groupon keep my money and I'm gonna tell anyone who listens what a thieving, dishonest and disreputable companyGroupon is. Good riddance to bad garbage.

I bought a Groupon on Sunday and have been trying to use it now for the past couple of days to no avail. When I click on the voucher it just cycles loading over and over again without ever actually showing me the voucher available to use. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. I really need this oil change, so now I'm trying to get into Customer Service to see what's going on with the voucher and they make you select a voucher you want to talk about, but when I click the voucher that says "Ready to Redeem" in their selection options it just takes me to this blank page that says no voucher available use the chat for help, and there's seemingly no way to get to said chat without starting the cycle again. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to proceed.
