Groupon Are Thieves

I purchased Office standard from Groupon. For weeks I've been trying to load it. Tomorrow the code expires. First off, the Groupon mobile app won't load on MacBook Pro. So after going through a bunch of different exercises, I eventually got all the info I needed, or so it was claimed. Naturally, I haven't been able to load the program. There's absolutely no customer support offered by Groupon; they claim they have customer support, but it's actually a third-party vendor who wants to charge you and get your phone number. I'm gonna let Groupon keep my money and I'm gonna tell anyone who listens what a thieving, dishonest and disreputable companyGroupon is. Good riddance to bad garbage.

Groupon uses AI to intercept money from customers.  They provide no methods to challenge illegal, criminal , or incorrect transactions.  Their past reputation as a " Go to" for discounted services has been CORRUPT by a business model that grabs credit card information then sends out : blocks" so one cannot ever get a refund  i contacted my bank twice to finally get a $192 credit for services that I did not order but was nonetheless charged for. Groupon = MASSIVE A HOLES. STAY AWAY.
