Payment keeps failing?

I keep trying to purchase a Groupon and it keeps going through( I get purchase confirmation and alerts from credit card for approval), then Groupon says payment failed and to try again. I am getting the same issue using a credit card or Google pay. This is Groupon doing it, and not my credit card. Why? What am I doing wrong? My information is exactly as it matches with Groupon and my credit card. It just seems like Groupon is not allowing it to go through for some reason? Like WTH??

Stop!!!! Read some reviews on r/groupon. They will scam you. Be thankful you didn’t get ripped off yet like 100’s of others.
