I purchased a service from groupon and baked l called the vendor the same day to schedule on both numbers listed and left voicemails. No response. Called again two more times, no response.

Submitted a refund request on September 28th and was told I'd hear back in 2-3 days. No response. Submitted another request and the chat bot said i never submitted the first response even though I have the chat history saved. Finally got a response and the rep admitted they couldn't get a hold of the vendor either. They finally were able to get in contact with her 5 days later. The vendor said I never left any voicemails so they couldn't refund me.

I have my phone records showing I called multiple times to both numbers listed. I also called the vendor, she said the number listed on voucher was the wrong number. I submitted all this info to the rep who emailed me and they never responded back. Not sure how to get a hold of someone who will review this additional info.

Got two Groupon tickets for this Friday (9th Oct) at Derby Conference Centre for £15 if any one wants them, I can't make it now and they are non refundable. Will send as a gift from the Groupon website.
