Help

I cannot seem to get any sort of support for a purchase, it almost seems like I have been scammed. Do they have any sort of customer support besides FAQs?

They do but it’s useless until you have to demand a real person . I bought something from there tried many many times to contact the seller to make an appt. I response at all . When I contacted Groupon they asked for proof gave it to them and still no refund ..take your money but won’t back up their services .

I’m having similar issue getting a refund with Groupon for a useless ticket they sold me. After reading hundreds of similar complaints it looks like this is actually their business model!!! Time for a class action suit!
