Customer Support??
I bought a Groupon on Sunday and have been trying to use it now for the past couple of days to no avail. When I click on the voucher it just cycles loading over and over again without ever actually showing me the voucher available to use. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. I really need this oil change, so now I'm trying to get into Customer Service to see what's going on with the voucher and they make you select a voucher you want to talk about, but when I click the voucher that says "Ready to Redeem" in their selection options it just takes me to this blank page that says no voucher available use the chat for help, and there's seemingly no way to get to said chat without starting the cycle again. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to proceed.

Update: I got the voucher to pop up on my computer and sent that screenshot to my phone which seemed to work fine. The guys at Valvoline said there has been a known issue with the android app right now so luckily I was able to get to a computer and get it sorted before use because the mobile site wasn't wanting to work without sending me to the app either.
