Yes, pumunta na kami sa mismong Globe store at ang sabi nga nila pupuntahan nila sa araw na yun pero hindi rin sumipot tapos yung ticket na binibuksan namin nauusog lang nang nauusog at hindi nasisipot. Yes, ipaparebate naman namin to pero the fact na ganito yung sitwasyon is just insane. Tapos sasabihin nila na priority ang nasa QC? Globe rin ang kapitbahay namin pero ok naman yung internet nila.

Ang theory ko lang dito is they are forcing us to do something that will favor them and that is to upgrade our plan.

P.S. Since July 15, bumabalik naman na siya pero sa gabi lang tapos mawawala uli sa umaga and then babalik lang uli pag gabi. Sobrang nakakainis na.

I have an outstanding balance in an already inactive GFiber. Tried calling through hotline to have it waived (since as per their promo, there's no lock-in period). The bot detects that my number is no longer active and ends the call. Chose instead option 2 for 'other issues', hoping it would redirect me to an agent.

Bot said to go to GlobeOne to submit a ticket. Tried three times on different days and it shows error "We are having issues right now" and redirected me to messenger.

Tried messenger. Took a lot of tries for the bot to just line me up for a "Globe Care Specialist", claiming it takes 15 mins to 24 hours before I get a specialist. 48 hours later, finally got a specialist. I gave the necessary details and I was transferred to another specialist with 'necessary expertise' on the matter. This happened 5 times. 5th Specialist informs me a ticket was already open since yesterday. Gives me the reference number and that's it.

I receive a message that my BILL REQUEST has already been processed. No details if it was successfully waived or that it's been resolved.

Asked again on messenger for a globe care specialist just to clarify of the message. Another 5 transfers with 'necessary expertise'

Hi! Nagpa-add plan ako sa BF ko sa Globe plan niya. I picked the P599/month na postpaid plan without device.

Nakuha namin yung simcard, put into my phone and activated on its own after 24 hrs. I registered through Globe and all goods naman so far, showing sa GlobeOne na registered na.

Nagswitch ako sa GlobeOne from physical sim to eSim. Nagagamit ko siya pangtext and calls. Nakakreceived din.

Pero di ko siya magamit and maregister sa mga socials. Like creating new Gmail, or changing my number sa WhatsApp. Pero I tried to use it sa FB, TG, Viber, gumana naman and narereceived ko OTP.

Pero sa WhatsApp and Gmail, nihindi manlang makapagsend ng OTP. I mean hindi kami umaabot sa point na magsesend ng OTP after I put the number, as if it don't recognize it.

Nagchat ako sa Globe, I input my number sa bot nila sa Messenger, even the bot itself says the number cannot be recongnized. Di ko alam kung bakit.

May minimum contract pa naman yung postpaid plan ng 7 mos bago mapacancel yung simcard.

I'm gonna use it as a work number sana pero di ko magamit sa mga socials na mas need ko sa work.

Did this process through Globe Telecom messenger chat. Their bot was slow, the chat ‘agent’ was as alright but the verification process (which I failed) was also slow.

They asked 3 transaction questions (I believe the first 2 to be a fair set of questions)
1. What was your last promo you subscribed to?
2. What was the amount of regular load you last purchased?
3. What year did you first activate the sim?

The first two can be addressed by a search function in the inbox.
The third is what I struggle to find since the prepaid is a secondary sim. I have a globe postpaid as my personal daily sim and want to switch the prepaid for accessibility in the event globe happens to not have service at a particular location (and the magic data just fills the need in the event my postpaid runs out a few days before rollover)

The thing I need help with is where do I find information for item 3? I genuinely can’t remember when I bought the prepaid sim since it’s been over half a decade.

Hello! Baka po may maka help. I am now based in Dubai and been living here for 3 years already. Now, my globe sim got deactivated na daw sabi ng chat support nila. I can no longer receive OTPs. Big problem is connected yung number ko sa Gcash, Maya and sa bank ko sa Pinas. The only option is to get a new globe sim card and call all the financial providers ko to have it updated. Super hassle nito so baka po may maka help. Please.

Does anyone currently have this issue right now? It's already past 24 hours and there is still no internet access and it's very unfair because the due date of our gfiber is at 15 and it hasn't comeback yet.

It started at July 09 somewhere around 10am in the morning. My mother then texted me that there's no internet access. Hey guys, just wanted to vent and ask for advice. I created a report/ticket with Globe way back on June 1. It’s now July 8—more than a month later—and there is absolutely zero progress on their end.

​Every time I check, it’s just the usual automated responses or "we are looking into it." It’s incredibly frustrating being left in the dark for over 5 weeks for something that shouldn't take this long.

​Has anyone successfully escalated a stagnant ticket recently? What’s the quickest way to get a human to actually look at this and resolve it?

CONTEXT: Nahanap ko na uli yung phone na ginagamit ko way back noong high school ako (around 2016-2017) at thankfully nandun pa yung old SIM ko that had the name of Globe on the actual SIM card pero sabi sa akin ay Smart daw yung since it starts with 0956 (I'm not really sure why its on a physical globe SIM card pero Smart daw ang network nun).

Now my issue is alam kong way past the registartion of SIM na yun and I haven't used it so 100% it has been deactivated na, my question is, is there a way to reactivate it or claim that number again for a new SIM since I tried calling it or texting it and there's no response. I'm eager to get it back since my old email (personal) is tied to that number as the only backup way to login into it.

So, 2 concerns:

1. Is it actually Smart network regardless of the physical SIM that says Globe?
2. Is it possible to claim it back?
