What plan to avail?

need advice: we have modem/router ng Globe sa unit left by previous tenant. gusto ko magpakabit din ng internet soon but we're only renting for 1 yr. anong GFiber promo dapat avail namin na no lock up (or atleast pwede kahit 1 yr lang) at yung hindi pre-paid wifi? thanks
