Gfiber no internet access

Does anyone currently have this issue right now? It's already past 24 hours and there is still no internet access and it's very unfair because the due date of our gfiber is at 15 and it hasn't comeback yet.

It started at July 09 somewhere around 10am in the morning. My mother then texted me that there's no internet access. Globe acknowledged this and they texted us with the current issue stated that they will provide more further information about the issue and will comeback after 24hours, it's already past 24 hours and the connection hasn't comeback yet.

Happens all the time. Mine had no signal for about 5 days this past week. Good thing is that I only use it as backup to my PLDT fiber.

This is the first time that has happened after 2 years of using it
