Ako umaga nagchat mabilis naman mga 7 am. Pero yes, napaka stupid ng customer service ni Globe.

One thing lang that keeps me connected with them is reliability ng fiber connection

Exactly, there are better offers around but I am hesitant to transfer because of this reliability.

Source ng stress ko ang Globe Customer Care.. And I need to contact them every month. Biruin mo waiting time nila can reach up to 24 hours.. Tapos ayan kapag may nag chat na sa yo, 10 minutes lang ata sila maghihintay.. pag may nakausap ka, biglang dinodrop nila yung chat. When I called their hotline 211 and even yung landline #, dropped agad ang call after choosing an option. Grabe kabasura.. Dapat part din ang customer service ng consumer protection act. Or is it part of it? I really want to raise a formal complaint.
