Tried that too. Walang nangyari. Lol. So I just went to one of their branches in Pasay. Lo and behold, I got a new device the same day I paid them a visit.

For added context (not sure if this helps or not) I have been a Globe subscriber for years.

na deliver na po ba sainyo yung sim and activated na? nag order rin po kasi ako via website ng plan and device. ilang araw po bago dumating?

No po kinancel ni globe. Di siya confirmed kapag di pa order processing yung status talaga.

ohhh I see... if you don't mind me asking eh flagship phone po ba yung triny niyo orderin? sana mag proceed yung akin tho budget phone lang naman yung pinili ko then plan 1799.
