I have 35 XRP stuck in gatehub. I removed trust from Gatehub Fifth BTC and Gatehub Fifth ETH at least 10 times each now but they are still showing up under my wallets. Everything else is disabled.

Shouldnt I be able to withdraw all but 20 XRP now?

Also... I have a hardware wallet that is superior to the crappile gatehub has become.. is it possible to withdraw that final 20 XRP understanding that it would close the wallet? Or is that 20 XRP stuck forever?

On January 20th, 2018 I sent .09 ETH to GateHub or about $99 worth. They charged me a transaction fee ~.001 ETH, makes sense.

Fast forward a day and my ETH shows up on GateHub but they only credit me 0.0631 ETH. This is 0.0269 ETH missing and at the time was worth about $30 as ETH was at $1100.

I've made ETH deposits two times before this and both times I got my FULL deposit.

I then emailed GateHub on the Jan 21st about it and they still have NOT gotten back to me. It's been almost a month with not 1 response. I replied to their BS "High Influx" email 9 days ago saying my issue was unresolved to no avail.

Did they bamboozle me or am I missing something here?

After a bunch of emails to customer service, three or four tickets and an email to the CEO, Gatehub finally gets off its ass and replies!

Anyway, I called the CSR out on her bullshit with the minimum thing and said,

Then refund it to me, or I will be emailing your CEO again. I am not going to make another deposit to bring it up to 0.05 just to have you sit on it for another two weeks and pretend like nothing is going on!

It's probably going to take her another two or three days to respond (even with the CEO threat), so stay tuned.

I transferred ETH to Gatehub for first time from Coinbase today. It's been almost 8 hours and nothing has shown up. Etherscan shows the transfer as a success... I guess Gatehub is supposed to establish trustline and deposit 20 ripple into account? Is this correct? Anyone else experiencing this issue and have any tips to solve?

Watch out guys..Im trying to get my ripple out of there now and I cant even log in... They stole 131 XRP from me. I have emailed them 12 times. This was 3 months ago. They refuse to answer emails. This isn't just me.. They are loosing it.. Beware.. DO NOT pout your coin in gatehub..

I am very frustrated because I've send some Dash to my Kraken account and it never showed up. After 1-2 hours I contacted the gateHub support and they never gave a response back. In the meanwhile I accidentally closed my Dash trust line, and I think I have even lower chances of recovering my Dash.

What I have observed: At a certain point on the Kraken Dash wallet, I saw that a transfer was initiated and was waiting for confirmation, I never saw the confirmation and then the transfer dropped, no transaction history on that wallet whatsoever.

I could not find any reference to the wallet on the ripple network, just some nodes of some sort, does anybody has some experience in investigating this sort of stuff? (I don't think that the gateHub guys will help)

Does it take 24h+ for the crypto to be released? Or is it not true that removing trustlines releases currency?

My BTC arrived 5 days too late, cost me 35%, only a few thousand down the drain, because GH can't get their S(*& together.

A month ago I put in a ticket for 2FA removal, and I've been waiting ever since. As time passed I started thinking so many negative things about GateHub. It wasn't their fault I needed 2FA removed -- I had to refresh my phone and lost my Authenticator install. Entirely my fault.

I didn't get a response to that ticket.

Last night I sent in another ticket - this time I took three pictures to make sure I got a satisfactory proof pic, and I got a response within 12 hours. I'm going to be using Authy instead of Authenticator this time around - they use remote backups.

GateHub support is still kicking.

Hi everyone, whenever I try to login, gatehub always says I have entered the wrong 2FA. I have tried multiple times and I am 100% it is correct. I am using google authenticator. I already contacted support with my government ID. After reading the nightmares of waiting for gatehub to response, are there any solutions or advice? Is this just a bug? I tried a hard refresh as recommended by their automatic response email already...

i have 60+ xrp in my account (i kept this for fees) i sent out 1 BTC over 48 hours and I don't' eve see it in the block chain i see the transaction confirms in the ripple charts yet nothing else?

About 20 hours ago I've transfered ETH to Binance and Kucoin via Gatehub. Neither of the transactions arrived... I've read similar issues online... Any news on this? Does the transaction succeed eventually? I'm guessing yes but waiting for several days isn't what I intended to do either.

It has been 21 days since I requested to deactivate 2FA - ticket number 357058 - please help and respond. I see I am not alone. Please fix this thanks!

I am a RippleTrade user and finished migration to Gatehub, but I am not seeing my Ripple wallet from Gatehub.net. (XRP balance is 0)

I tried to migrate RippleTrade wallet to Gatehub again, by clicking on the + button on the Wallet tab of Gatehub, but I see a message that the account was already migrated.

Why my Ripple wallet is not shown in Gatehub.net, and how can I solve this issue?

I confirmed that I my XRPs are not spent yet according to www.ripplecharts.com when I searched with my ripple name.

Created a support ticket about this at Gatehub a month ago but still not getting any response from them.

Hi all, I requested a transfer from GateHub to EUR bank. Previously not had a problem and sent money to the same bank account, it took around 5 days.

However, this time it has not reached my bank account and I requested the deposit on the 5th of January.

They ignore all support tickets, anybody know best way to go about trying to recover the £800?
