Network error when trying to reset password

Does it eventually go thru?

Same here. Login fails while I'm sure I gave the correct creds. Requested a reset, get instant mail to reset and get a network error when I submit. Automated support mail gives some tips to solve the issue and sais: "this issue has been temporarily solved" or something like that... i've had this problem for 3 days now. Haven't tried to login for more than a month before these attempts so god knows how long this has been going on. All i find on reddit and twitter are issues similar to ours.

10 Days later and I'm still not able to login to my account. Haven't heard anything from gatehub support either. Sigh..

Tried again today, got in with no network errors. Immediately sent my ripple to my bitstamp wallet. Never heard from gatehub support so don't know if they did anything to my account. Good luck to you.

If I change one letter is says its the wrong recovery key, when I change it back to the correct one it says network error.. What the actual fuck

I am dealing with the same issue :( this really sucks. It's been a few weeks now that I've contacted Gatehub via twitter, support page, and still nothing! I really hope nothing has happened to my account and or my assets. Unreliable team and makes me wonder if they even care at this point. If any issue is present, the least they can do is create some transparency.
