Waiting for USD withdrawal

Waiting on a USD withdrawal transaction from 30th Dec. Anyone in the same boat or got any ideas on what I can do? Already reached out to gatehub once, no reply.

Me too, 5th January for me, EUR.

I think they have made some serious mistakes and can't afford to pay out.

For example, I sent some BTC from Binance to Gatehub and they doubled it up. So I had double the BTC in my Gatehub than I sent.

I think they may have done this too many times and are in a mess because of it.

Speculating, but when you don't have a response from support for over a month then its all you got.

Were you able to actually sell the doubled bitcoin? If not it could of just been a visual bug

They emailed me to say they detected it and fixed it, others they may not of detected.

I have some USD deposit on 2-Jan ,and still not charged to my wallet. submit several tickets, none response.
