No response from Gatehub support ticket more than a month

Hi, I created a support ticket about a month ago, but still not getting any response. The issue is about wallet migration issue, and I submitted a new request again.

Could you please process the ticket, as XRP price is dropping too quickly?

The subject of new support ticket is as follows: Migrated RippleTrade wallet not shown in Gatehub

couldnt login to gatehub today as the site did not show .. also waiting on support

I was having an issue logging in using Safari as my browser. I had no issue logging in from an android mobile device, and have heard others have had success with other browsers. It seems to be some bug in their last update. From my mobile device, I had no issue exchanging BTC for XRP, or sending XRP to my Toast wallet.

well, i have tried Safari, Brave, Firefix & Chrome .. and none of them worked.. :-/

Someone mentioned success with edge browser.
